First of all sorry to hear you had some issues during the tour. We strongly prohibited our guides from smoking during the tour, and we will notice the guides who break the rule. Also we might plan to make the first day of your tour shorter so that passengers could cope with the jet lag better. I'm glad that generally you are satisfied with the tour, and I assure you that we work on the mentioned parts. This tour was a very pleasant experience for me with a very good price. I couldn't believe that I will get the exact same service to be honest, but the hotel was great, and the service was exactly as it claimed. My tour guide Lisa was very caring and knowledgeable.
