What a fantastic day we had seeing some fabulous sights our Busan. Meeting our group at the cruise terminal was so helpful and stress free. Our tour guide Ann was so friendly, knowledgeable and ensured we were all happy & safe. Ann answered all our questions confidently and was happy to share her life experiences making for a very relaxed environment for all of us on the tour. Ann’s communication with me via WhatsApp before the day of tour was wonderful and she had a very friendly way throughout the time from booking to the end of tour. Thank you. 🤩

A great experience, but you definitely need to be fit enough to go up some very steep inclines and a lot of steps. We did it the day after snow, so it was incredibly beautiful, but very slippery, so we definitely needed sturdy shoes. There are no toilets on the way up apart from in Temple (you go up in a different direction for a part to the temple and then back down again to rejoin trail to the summit) so make sure you go prior to commencement! Lunch was super delicious. The bathouse was lovely and relaxing. I had read a helpful tip to pack a spare pair of undies and a top for after the sauna, because putting back on your sweaty clothes you wore hiking wouldn't have been the nicest.

An excellent tour! I think that all tours follow a similar (very interesting) itinerary with stops in the DMZ at the observatory, tunnel and village but the small size of this group tour was a huge advantage. We saw huge groups clustered round guides whereas we were in a group of 12 so, for example, could all comfortably see the diorama in the museum as the guide explained it. The tour ran like clockwork from pick up (at our hotel - not on the list but no issue) in a very comfortable minibus to drop off (at a more convenient spot a short walk from our hotel). We left very early (6.20am) but consequently were on the first shuttle in. Our guide Joo ee was very good - knowledgeable and organised and provided binoculars at the viewpoint in the observatory. There were various (quite pricey) fast food options along the way but I was glad we’d brought our own sandwiches from Seoul and we were told it was fine to eat them in the observatory cafeteria or on the bus. We also went to the suspension bridge which is in the area where the Glorious Glosters made their heroic stand in the Korean War. I would have liked to stop at the memorial but it wasn’t on the tour so the fact that we pulled up alongside and Joo ee explained it was a bonus. We came away thinking the DMZ was an essential part of a trip to Seoul and extremely happy with our choice of tour company.

The tour itself was outstanding and we wouldn’t have been able to experience a fraction of the places visited if we attempted it ourselves. Luke rapidly adjusted the itinerary to account for the rainy weather. Some of the highlights of the trip included lunch at a fantastic restaurant frequented by locals, Jagalchi market, and an impromptu pizza stop. This wonderful experience will be the reason why we will be back in the future. Thanks again Luke!

Our tour guide Joo-Ee was very friendly, knowledgeable and jovial. Explained every location in detail and was willing to answer any questions. We had a very good time with Joo-Ee and other members in the group. The communication was excellent in relation to hotel pick and drop off.

Joo-Ee was amazing! She kept the whole team punctual and spent the perfect amt of time at each location. The use of her radios added so much to the tour compared to others I've been on - alongside a great splash of her dry humor and encyclopedic knowledge of the location ofcourse. Highly recommend her and the tour!

We booked and joined this Seoul city tour last minute but glad that we did. Our tour guide, Felicity Jieun was very cheerful, informative, guided us efficiently with good & clear English. The tour covered a little bit of everything, temple, palace, museum, Seoul tower, a shopping. Good for people with little time. except for that one ginseng museum shop, we enjoyed everything else. Overall, a great tour.

Luke was our tour guide and made our day especially fun and memorable despite the rain! He pivoted on the fly and modified the itinerary to work around the weather and to show us the all the main highlights of Busan. We ended up seeing so much more and we are grateful to Luke who truly went above and beyond. Highly recommend!!

Great small group tour. Vince picked us up promptly in the morning. We arriged early at the DMZ to avoid crowds. We navigated the 4 stops quickly. Drop off in Seoul after the tour. B/c of the crowds we were dropped off at a subway station which was more convenient.

This tour was the highlight of our time in Seoul. From pickup to drop off, everything was seamless. Michelle, our guide and Lauren, our driver was excellent. Michelle took the time to properly explain everything and took so many great photos for us. It was a fantastic day

The tour was great! Covered everything we wanted to do in seoul for the 1 day we were there. Michelle was amazing, great English - could understand her well. I especially liked that we asked of we could separate from the group and were allowed to do so for brief moments to take pictures by ourselves. Would recommend to anybody visiting seoul for the first time.
