About the operator

- cesarjs160 contributionsGood tripGood trip, the guy Austin was kindly. Mountain deserves more time, but for a single day, this tour was fine. Autumn season is beatiful, but little crowdedWritten October 15, 2024
- Cruiser675129609970 contributionsAmazing OdeoOedo is a very beautiful garden that you absolutely have to discover to stroll between species. The view from the cable car on the islands is breathtaking, too bad that time is running out. The visit of the mill may be an important place for Koreans and k-drama fans but this stop brings nothing and takes time at the expense of the time spent at the top of the cable carWritten October 14, 2024
- James N0 contributionsGood tour to get your feet wet in busanAll day trip was very good would have taken a few days to see these sites on my own. The individual sites were kinda rushed, but that was the only way to get all the sites done. Gives you a good taste of them. And if you like a certain one, you can go back to that on your own and spend as much time as you want at it at another time. Our American tour guide was Gee Won, she was very good. Made sure we all got back to the bus on time. She helped people take pictures, and was very helpful. There was a lot of stairs and walking. I would recommend this tour as a good general tour to get your feet wet and see some areas to see if you might want to go back and spend a lot of time at any certain oneWritten October 12, 2024
- D923SSglennm0 contributionsLong day - great day!It was a long but eventful day. Beautiful weather and great places to see. Jeewon (G1) did a great job in getting us from point A to B in all the places we visited. We really enjoyed the day. We would have never been able to see everything on our own.Written October 12, 2024
- 746marilinr0 contributionsGood destinationsThe destinations are definitly worth the visit, especially if you are stationed in Seoul. Although would have expected more information from the guide on the destinations, eg what trails to go on, or what are good places to eat.Written October 11, 2024

- spanisheducator0 contributionsWonderful Day Trip! Our tour guide and driver was Coby. He was excellent in every way and made the day trip a wonderful experience. He was patient and thorough in his communication. He offered background information prior to each place we visited. I loved that he took and shared group pictures. I highly recommend Coby!!Written October 11, 2024

- simpliceg20170 contributionsA must-have tour of Busan. The full-day Busan city tour is one of the best tours to have. The tour guide Lucy, (and her colleague for the Chinese speakers but specially Lucy) made the tour even more fun; she provided us with all the useful information we needed, about the different sites, the food, etc... I recommend it wholeheartedly.Written October 8, 2024
- 808Bijou0 contributionsGreat tour for the cost and great guide provided! It was a really worthwhile tour! There are 3 different places on this tour. All uniquely different from the other. The day began at 8a at our meeting spot and ended near Myeongdong around 7:30p. We started at a beautiful botanical garden, the Morning Calm Gardens. It was Huge, well manicured and peaceful. After this, we boarded the bus for a trip to Nami island where we boarded a ferry to get onto the island. If you want pay a few wan more, take the zip line. It zips over the water and is a “soft” landing according to a couple who took it from our group. Nami island is a family oriented park and lots of locals bring their dogs too. It is wheelchair accessible as well. Lots of red, places to picnic and vending stalls to eat at. We spent just under 3 hours there walking around. Our last stop was at the Rail Park. This wasn’t our favorite activity mostly because it was 4:30p when we arrived and the activity was over an hour and then a long 1.5 hours back to Seoul drop off. I didn’t know how long the day would be and that is the only drawback to this excursion was there was little information on the duration of the day. Maybe i missed it, but I’m posting it in my review for those whose want to know how long the day was for us.Written October 7, 2024
- Martin L0 contributionsDo it!The tour and guide was very good - nice guide, lots of nature and culture. Do it :) in autumn with colorful leaves might be a little better... :)Written October 7, 2024
- mdT2027HW0 contributionsTino was awesome !!!Our tour guide was Tino and we had the best time ever. He was very informative and had the best sense of humor. Could really passed as a comedian. lol. We booked their tour to see the gorgeous Cheonjuho Lake. We got a total of 3 stops!! First we went to this beautiful garden, then they tooked us apple picking and ended our trip at Pocheon Art Valley (Cheonjunho Lake). Definitely recommend this tour, if you could…. Request for Tino ! You will not be disappointed.Written October 6, 2024
- BarrioTravelers0 contributionsFun tour, lots to seeHighly recommend this tour. The Garden of Morning Calm is a great place to visit, loved the peacefulness and Zen atmosphere. Jason our guide, deserves some credit, he did a very nice job. But I would not buy the lunch he recommends at Nami Island. We were told of stir-fried chicken, specialty of the area awaited, which sounded amazing, it wasn't. Save your money and eat on the island or bring something with you to eat. The restaurant where we were walked to was empty, now we know why. The island itself is worth a visit, we walked around and enjoyed ourselves. If you haven't seen the K-series Winter Sonata, do so before you go. Otherwise, you won't get some of the sites on the island and the statue in honor of the main characters. The drive back to the city is a bit long, two hours or so due to traffic. This tour was a nice change of pace getting out of Seoul for a day.Written October 6, 2024
- V7202KSjudym0 contributionsHad a great day playing touristI loved the Garden of Morning Calm and enjoyed parts of Nami Island. This could be because I am older (in my seventies) and just felt like Nami Island was more for families and children. Enjoyed the place we stopped for lunch. Our Guide Kim, Ju Yeong's English was great and he took care of us all the way.Written October 5, 2024
- Amandapcs0 contributionsSuch a nice day outWe really enjoyed everything. Both guides were very lovely and knew a lot about the history of Seoul and everything we were visiting. Personally we would have enjoyed 30 more minutes at alpaca world to see everything with more time. The bridge was amazing!!! We did the whole track and the view is worth it (if you don’t mind some stairs). The guide was really attentive and gave some amazing tips. If you have a day to spare I would 100% recommend (:Written October 5, 2024

Departure point - 5/5
I was a bit lost until I called. Very friendly to the person I was talking on the phone. Just know, someone will be there with a Ktourstory flag.
Bus - 4/5
The bus wasn’t really high class, although, it was very clean. The seatbelt where I was sitting wasn’t working properly. I would have to push the button really hard and pull the seat belt hard as well. Bus driver was on point on getting to the places even though there was traffic. 10/10 for the bus driver.
Petite France 5/5
Nice place, especially for photos.
Nami Island 5/5
Not very crowed when I went. This is during the month of Early January. Scenery is very good.
Garden of morning calm - 5/5
Very cold. Beautiful lights!
Above all, I would say this day trip was very Satisfying.

Had a great time on this tour, met people. Our guide (Marco) was absolutely outstanding, he gave us great information (especially for dakgalbi restaurants). The three places visited were absolutely outstanding, the surprise favourite was The garden of morning calm. Would recommend this trip to anyone, so much easier than trying to get to these places on your own

Think of this as a glorified shuttle bus between sights. The tour guide provided a few minutes of guidance for each location but once off the bus you’re on your own. We went during May/June and the inside of the bus was warmer than outside, and at one point we were all sweating! It made the ride miserable. If you go during the warmer weather, find a bus that has “real” air conditioning.

Our tour guide, Mira, was early in the meeting place so we didn't have to worry about finding the bus. She is really kind, helpful, and cheerful. She knows the places well. She can speak English and Chinese so communication was easy. The bus arrived on time and the driver was careful in driving.
Petite France, Nami Island, and Garden of Morning Calm are such wonderful places. I really liked the vintage displays in Petite France. Nami Island is full of amazing scenery and animals. The light displays in Garden of Morning Calm were amazing. Will definitely try to go back during the Spring season.

Loved this day trip. The guide (Yun ju ) Was lovely. Would recommend the nammoon Korean restaurant on Nami island, the food was delicious. The light show at the garden of the morning calm was spectacular, even though it was cold and raining.

Our guide Jun was really friendly and knowledgeable and provided great facts and interesting info about Korea’s history and the places we visited. The little French and Italian villages are so cute and really do look like the real thing! You get enough time to wander around and take plenty of photos. There is a little coffee shop for snacks and there are toilets available.
Suggest you go for the bbq lunch, it’s delicious and well priced! Nami Island is spectacular, it’s a short trip on a ferry across the river and the island is a nature sanctuary and it’s just beautiful. We were there in winter and it was snowing but there were little fire pits placed all around and you could buy marshmallows to toast. The forest and lake and river on both sides are so beautiful. There are toilets available and lovely little coffee shops to stop for a glass of wine, a coffee or hot chocolate and food.
The best part of the trip, IMO, was the Garden of Morning Calm; the light exhibition was spectacular and unlike anything I’ve seen before. The total trip was about 9 hours but it is well worth it to see the countryside and get out of the city. Thoroughly recommend this trip!

This tour was such a fun day!
I was bus sick on the way there, which is normal. Bita was so helpful and supportive- providing me with a bag, moving me closer to the front of the bus and being so kind throughout the trip. I am so appreciative of her kindness.
Despite the rough start, I had a fabulous day. The zip line was a lot of fun, I couldn’t stop smiling whilst walking on the island, and the views were stunning.
Guaranteed to fill your camera roll with happy memories and amazing views.
I would definitely recommend :))

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the trip with ktourstory today. The tour was well timed, well planned with sufficient time to appreciate the wonderful places we saw. In addition, the guide Mika did a phenomenal job as both a representative of your company, and of Korea! She was fun, informative and helpful. Such a great bundle of energy and I think she made the tour so much fun and shared with us many experiences of Korea. This also included how to bargain for cheaper price in korean! Thank you Mika for a wonderful time spent with us today. Daebak!

This was the most amazing day. Coming from tropical Qld Australia where it is green all year round to see the autumn foliage was a delight. So many photo opportunities that it is impossible to take a bad photo. The tour was in English and we had a tour guide who went out of his way to befriend us all so were soon all chatting and mixing together. The bus ride wasn’t too long and we had plenty of time to experience it all. Being a keen K drama fan I found Petite France particularly lovely. .So many spots I recognised, even my husband found it interesting. Nami Island and the ferry ride across was lovely. As I arranged our holiday with husband not knowing what we were doing until the day he absolutely loved this day out. My 15 year old daughter who is into Kpop, Kdrama art and photography also loved it and we all would go back to do this again. If you like Kdrama, gardens and beautiful scenery this is a must see tour for you.

Hello, I’m interested with this package. I would like to experience the Cherry Blossom in Nami Island. I will be in Seoul from 6-12th of April 2020. When is the best time to go for the Cherry Blossom in Nami Island within that date? Thank you.

I would trust puilingj2018 since March-April is springtime in South Korea. I was there in early October - hoped to see plenty of Autumn colours in the trees but was a little early for that.

Agree with answer above. You have to have cash to give to the tour guide to pay for you. I think it is around 45000 KRW per person.
