I booked a private tour to Jeita grotto, Harissa and Byblos with Lebanon tours online. The grotto was amazing and the boat ride at the lower cave was supper. Byblos as well is very beautiful and my guide was very knowledgable. My Driver chawki was nice and fluent in English.
