We are regretful the restuarant menu was not to your taste or liking. It caters for large groups in this vicnity and helps us to be on shedule, but we do keep a check on customer satisfaction.

Thanks for the favorable review of your tour guided by Hava.She had much guiding expereince and knowledge to maange her group of travelers. The region you visited is world famous for the mineral rich products.Many travelers do wish to purchase items. The drop off system is challenged daily!! Most travelers want/insist on a direct dropff right outside their pickup hotel entrance!!(We are frequently criticzed for not doing this.) Central drop offs would certailny be an excellent snd convenient option, but still we are unable to do this with large volumes.In smaller groups it does happen on its own at the guides and drivers discretion and traveler cooperation.

We have several tours which start at this price point - if the pick up is from Jerusalem and not from Tel Aviv, and if it is a big group: Jerusalem Old & New - 73 USD; Jerusalem in the footsteps of Jesus - 75 USD, Jerusalem Half Day costs 49 USD, Bethlehem Half Day costs 70 USD...
