    Thank you
Tours organised by your business were really good. Clean busses, everything on time and no nasty surprises. And excellent guides. Particularly Dorit Epstein was exceptional during our trip to Nazareth – she is not only very knowledgeable and friendly, but more importantly, she gives very clear and easy to follow instructions, always considered our needs before we even notice them, and had a very good control over the group which enabled everything to run smoothly. We’d like to thank her again for the great time we had in Israel.

    Thank you, Kareem!
This trip involved a lot of bus time, but it’s absolutely worth it. Our guide Kareem did everything possible to make sure we enjoyed the day. He was witty, and very kind. He gave us some history lessons about Jordan, Petra, and the Wadi Rum as well as information regarding modern life in Jordan. You get to see lots of countryside, rolling hills, mountains, small villages, and even larger towns like Aqaba all from the bus, so I really felt like I paid for a full-day Jordan experience with Petra included. Lunch was delicious. The bus drivers made frequent stops for the bathroom, and grabbing a coffee or snack, even souvenirs. Some free snacks were sprinkled in throughout the day. Overall it was just so nice. Learned so much and can’t wait to return to this beautiful country 🇯🇴

    WORST GUIDE
We had the worst guide - Avishay during our Jericho visit. It was not a pleasant experience. He brought us to this Temptation Restaurant where he told it’s only 50 shekels for a buffet. He was pressuring everybody up until we were about to pay. We ended paying 192€ for that crappy lunch. Then he just spent our time going to shops and he complained a lot for asking to bring us to Tel Aviv even if we already told the tour operator of this ahead. He has said wrong information too about the places we visited, and funny thing is one from our group knows the places better than him. Beinharim is great, we used them for 3 tours but it was a horrible time with the tour guide assigned to us.

    Churches With Amazing Tourguide
First of all, it was an amazing tour, mainly because of the tourguide. But let's start from the beginning. The pick-up was on time and the driving to the first stop was without problems. We were first brought to a parking spot where we then went into our final bus with Michael, our tourguide. Then, while driving to Nazareth, our first stop, he told us many facts about the places we passed and with this gave an introduction to the country. Furthermore, he spoke quite a good English and always named us "Ladies and Gentlemens". I would definitely not mind if someone does not do it, this was just the character of Michael. But he also answered our individual questions pretty well and talked with a lot of enthusiasm. His love for Israel could clearly be seen. Something else I liked quite much was how he presented facts: He always said according to (according to the Bible... according to the Catholics...) With this, he spoke very neutral. Maybe this was a reason why we liked the tour this much. It is not pretty much our taste to visite vaste and holy (catholics or orthodox) Churches, but with the comments of our guide it was presented interestingly. Therefore, I would suggest this tour to you, also because you visit famous places like the city where Jesus was born and the Jordan river. But for sure, it also depends on your taste, whetever you like it or not. For sure, it depends on the tourguide, whetever these churches are presented dry or with emotions.

Calm Tour with Catholic Churches and Archaeolical Foundings
We were picked up on time at our location, which was booked by Bein Harim, because we took a multiple day tour. It was a small group we were traveling with, only nine tourists. Therefore, our tourguide was the driver as well, which made it sometimes difficult to understand what he wanted to say when we've been traveling. When he turned his head to check the road, his mouth was no longer in front of the microphone. Therefore, a headset would have been better. Besides this, we could understand our Tourguide Avi better. Avi spoke about the different things pretty neutral, but sometimes not with much enthusiathm, but it was okay. He answered all our questions and due to the small group, I asked more questions than normally, which was an advantage. The places we've been visiting were more or less interesting, but just crazy how everywhere churches are built were something happened (or actually might have happened). If you like to visit such holy churches, you should attemp this trip. But for us, it was not completely our taste. Assumably, we would not have visited the Church of the Beautidues nor the Church in Cana. They are beautiful churches, but not our taste, therefore only four of five stars. Nevertheless, the City of Magdala was interesting to see the foundings from the time of Jesus and to see that Jews lived there at that time. The boat from about the time of Jesus was fascinating too, as well to read how they preseved it. All in all is the Tour good and depending on your taste worth to visit. ;)

    Places Worth to Visit
Because we booked a multiple day tour, our hotel was arranged (and paid) by Bein Harim. The organisation was pretty well and we were picked up from our hotel absolutely on time (pick up time was 7.00 and the taxi driver came 7.02). We were then brought directly to Caeserea were we met with the rest of the group and surely our tourguide Itamar. The whole tour was really interesting and Itamar could talk for hours, which made it very fascinating. He could take everything to talk about and gave an insight into the country. There was for example a car in front of us with a Hebrew writting on it and he even started to explain some Hebrew to us. Furthermore, you could clearly see and hear his love for Israel when he was talking. The places we visited were worth to be visited. Furthermore, we've never been too long in the sun, but changed from time to time into a building or back into the car. Therefore, you might not even need sunscreen. Furthermore, there was always the possibility to go to the toilets (and refill the waterbottles). Even the food we ate was delicious and with a reasonable price. Just when it took us a bit longer in a shop to buy something, the tour guide already continued (which we do understand because of the size of the group), and therefore we missed some explanations about the crusaiders. This is a bit of a downside when you travel with a rather large group. It was even done parallel to a spanish-Bein Harim tour. Nevertheless, all in all I can strongly recommend the tour, the places are worth to visit and the organisation of Bein Harim is just brilliant!

    Interesting Political Facts About Israel
We booked a multiple day tour from Bein Harim and this was our third day. We were picked up with a short delay of fifteen minutes (just as it is written in the documents they have sent). This time, we only had a driver and a tourguide in one, which made it a bit more difficult to understand. Sometimes, the guide interrupted while speaking, because he needed to focus on the traffic. And sometimes, we could not hear him well enough, because he turned his head aside to lock at the traffic. When he did this, his mouth was no longer in front of the microphone, wherefore a headset would have been better. Nevertheless, it is an interesting tour and gave an insight into the country of Israel by a perspective of defense. It was interesting to see the neighbour countries on the Mount Tal, to see the military base there and to even see a butterfly (Dovetail) there. Also the visit in Katzrin was great, especially because the celebrated on that they the anniversary of the Yom Kippur war (the victory of it). What also needs to be mentioned is the love for Israel our Tourguide Abishai showed. He told us some insider facts about Israel as for example the reason for the star of David in their flagg. There is one thing you'd need to consider when going on this tour: Toilets are generally available, but not at every stop.

    Great tour definitely recommend
Fantastic tour. Very interesting. Full day though with early start. Tour guide Itamar was fantastic, made it funny and informative without being boring. Had a great personality. Would definitely recommend this tour. Only negative for us was too much time was spent in the gift shops and not enough time at the Western Wall which was only 20 minutes plus for some reason we didn’t go under the wall which I would have liked Also would have liked some spare time to look at the Shuk (market) Apart from that fantastic day out! Dead Sea was extremely hot 42 degrees but well worth a visit

If tourist guides were Rockstars then Avishay Levy is the Michael Jackson
He is so good and knowledgeable person. As an ex History teacher. Avishay could give you whole Jewish history in 5 minutes. I took the ‘Christian gems around the Sea of Galilee’ Avishay took in his car to all the individual sites as mentioned in the travel itinerary. In addition he went extra mile to show places that was not part of the travel plan. So he stopped at the ‘Heptapegon’ , Show Capernaum from far. Avishay even got us discounts at the stores of Yigal Allon Museum on Kibbutz Ginosar. Last for the best. He took us into the wedding church at cana. During an ongoing sermon. Of course we were quiet and polite. We got a vip access to the church. While other tourists were waiting outside. He patiently answered all of my annoying questions. Some of them were also sensitive questions. Avishay answered all of them honestly. He grabbed a map from the store 😂 to explain geography lessons on Dead sea tectonic plates. Seriously felt I am back to school. Out of all. The most important one!! Avishay risked his life by entering Palestinian territory (This was for another group tour to Bethlehem and jericho). Israeli guide inside a Palestinian territory is almost a suicide. Avishay is the man, myth the legend among the tourist guides. Ask him about the “Michael Schumacher” story. I bet you will love it. Summary is if you either book group tour or private tour with Avishay. You will have best guaranteed life time experience. Memories for life.

    Well organised Tour
This was my second Tour booked with Bein Harim. It was well organised just like the first. Got a WhatsApp reminder a day before, pick up was on time, we met up in Jerusalem and switched vehicles depending on the tour we were booked on. Information was clear and everything went smoothly. The vehicles were clean, fully air conditioned with Wi-Fi and charging ports. Our guides Maria and Yoav were really good. We had Yoav the whole day and multilingual Maria just for Bethlehem cos we had English and Spanish speakers in the group for the Bethlehem leg of the tour. Yoav was kind and accommodating as we had an elderly lady who struggled with mobility on the group. He was very funny and entertaining too. Enjoyed every bit of this tour and would definitely recommend Bein Harim.

Last month I visited Israel. It was a fantastic 4-day trip full of positive emotions and amazing experiences.
I took a full day trip from Tel-Aviv to Jerusalem in order to explore the country and see some of the holiest places in the world with my own eyes.
We had a very entertaining tour guide - driver who, besides knowing the history of the country and being able to answer any questions from the group, was also a real entertainer. Honestly, Yoav could take a second job as a stand up comedian. As a group, we had so much fun together!
I loved the trip. I wish the traffic wasn’t as bad and we would have more time to wonder around and explore the old Jerusalem. Definitely 5 out of 5 and hope to be back soon!

If I could say it in one word: Amazing. Ami was one of the best tour guides I had so far. He is funny and careful and as a Teacher of Archaeology, he really knows his stuff. He took us to Bethlehem and Jerusalem the old City and showed us so many details, and shared so many insight stories it was fantastic. During the tour, he not only talked he also opened space for discussions and sharing thoughts from the group so that everyone could bring something maybe meaningful or interesting. At the end of the tour, He negotiated with his boss to bring us directly to our hotel not where we started but where we stayed so that we saved around 170NIS A fantastic experience and as we will come back for sure I will make sure to book him again. Thank you so much, Ami

I would like to thank you - travel agency Bein Harim and especially Norbert Nakache, that made the trip really pleasant despite of waiting in the line when it was necessary. I travel a lot and so it’s really a pleasure when someone made something more for you above his salary. Norbert has helped me to get to the airport after I was forced to leave the group and was not able to get back to Tel Aviv because of lack of time. I wish Bein Harim to have more such guides that will improve the quality of tours and will spread a good impression of trips in Israel. Kind regards :-)

This tour was soo good! Our tour guide, Yaov, was really nice and made the group (<15 people) feel engaged. The tour felt well prepared and we were able to go to all the key sites. We also had time to go souvenir shopping and go to a fun café for a bathroom and coffee break. This was my first time in Israel and I learnt a lot and felt safe. Overall I'm really happy I went on this tour and would recommend!

Super moving tour as a Christian. Jerusalem is a fantastic place with unbelievable vibes + the number of information depends on how much you are willing to digest for such an important place for all beliefs for centuries. This 11 hour experience could have been done in half the time with better logistics. Guides were doing their best but 30+ in the group is too large. Very difficult to hear the guides with the size of the group and the background noise. Church of the Nativity is overcrowded and poorly managed. Too much pushing and impatience for a holy place.

TOMER you are the BEST!
If we could put a higher score we would do it happily!!! The tour is an unforgettable experience! The history the architecture and “the spirit”of Jerusalem are quite complex and I would say that is extremely important to do your first visit with an organized tour. You get an excellent insight and really feel the true vibe of what is going on there! BUT our tour guide Tomer made the whole difference. Passionate knowledgable making it pleasant with a great sense of humour he is simply Charismatic! Ask for a tour with him!!! Regards From Greece!!!

I had the pleasure of being with my family on a tour by Bein Harim Tours. The driver, Mohammed, and our tour guide, Raffy, were experts in the field. Mohammed drove efficiently, while Raffy entertained us during our ride to Jerusalem. While on tour, he pointed out several spots that are historical, and helped us navigate all the historical events, through out the duration of the tour. I was so impressed the he can speak multiple languages! His English is excellent. Raffy made our tour enjoyable and educational. I have other sights that I wanted to see in this trip and will definitely use this company again.
