Overview
Jerusalem’s sights come with so much history that exploring them without a guide probably won't do justice to their importance or past. With this tour, you'll cover Old and New Jerusalem’s main sites and learn the full story behind each. See the Western Wall, Church of the Holy Sepulchre, and more; and finish with time at the Yad Vashem Holocaust Museum, all with your transport and tickets taken care of.
What to Expect
After pickup from your Jerusalem hotel or city-center meeting point, travel by climate-controlled coach to the Mount of Olives, a ridge east of Old Jerusalem that has drawn Christian pilgrims for centuries.

Admire the city panoramas from here and then pass the Garden of Gethsemane: thought to be where Jesus prayed before his crucifixion.

Next,  enter the Old City via the Zion Gate and see the Byzantine Cardo and holy Jewish site of the Western Wall (Wailing Wall). Walk on the Via Dolorosa, tracing Jesus’ believed steps toward the Hill of Calvary, where the Church of the Holy Sepulchre now stands.

View the Stone of Anointing, where Jesus is believed to have been laid before burial, and then leave Old Jerusalem via the Jewish Marketplace to visit Yad Vashem, the Holocaust Museum.

Explore the deeply moving displays here before your tour ends at the departure point.

Please note: The Yad Vashem is closed on Fridays, Saturdays, and Jewish holidays. On these days, a visit will be substituted with a visit to Mount Zion and the Church of All Nations, also known as the Basilica of Agony.
