          A unique and exciting experience
It was a really solid and unique experience for each part of the trip, from the threatrics to the cruises, it was a hospitable and welcoming way to spend the evening with family and loved ones. It was particularly interesting to learn more about the culture of the country through simple and organized guidance that leaves all questions answered. Thank you Duy Anh (Tony) for the patience in guiding us in a relatively unfamiliar culture and kindly teaching us different ways to immerse ourselves in the country's beauty.

Very informative, entertaining, ans overall enjoyable as a whole. Any inquiries; whether related to the tour or if it's simply about anything related to Vietnam is answered in an intricate yet easy to follow and understand way. The service is also very accomodating and makes you feel as if you have nothing much to worry about as long as you are with the company. Overall satisfying, relaxing, enjoyable, and fun- both the tour and the tour guides' company.

          Hanoi Trip
I was recommended to Mr Phung by my friend. Did not realized that he was based in HCMC until nearer to trip. He did my hotel bookings, day trips in Hanoi and out of Hanoi and Halong Bay Cruise. Overall I feel that the trips are well planned and he made sure that we are well taken care by the guides. I asked him to help me get a birthday cake for my daughter during the trip intending to pay him for it but he didn’t even wanted to collect the money from me. Overall we have a pleasant stay in Hanoi (only the traffic there gave me some headache. LOL!)

          Excellent tour of Mekong Delta
We've been on those "touristy" Mekong Delta tours many times, and although they are well organized, we wanted to try something different. There is not much you can do in just a day, but I think the private tour was original and well planned. The driver was efficient and our guide, Ms. Tram's English was good (although 80% of the time we spoke in Vietnamese) and knowledgeable about the places we visited. We had to leave Ben Tre around 3pm (so technically, not a full day tour), but if we have left later, we would have been stuck in the bad traffic back to HCM. Our lunch was good and we had enough time to take photos and fly my drone, so we were very satisfied with the tour and how everything was organized.

Ho Chi Minh Full Day Tour
We were introduced to Mr. Phung by our friends who visited Vietnam. During our City Tour, we wasn't able to meet Mr. Phung in person but he kept on messaging me from time to time to make sure that everything goes smoothly. We had a friendly and knowledgeable tourguide. Very friendly and informative which I am very thankful because my husband asked him a lot about the WWII. We had a great experienced! On the other hands, we still had the chance to meet Mr. Phung. We supposed to dine in a resto but unfortunately my husband has problem eating outside in the night (some sort of digestion problem). But that wasn't stopped us to see Mr. Phung, he went to our apartment instead. We had a wonderful conversation, he's friendly, knowledgeable, respectful and with good positive spirit. My husband (which is 72 years old), enjoyed so much about that short but meaningful night, talking about everything under the sun. Mr.Phung surpassed all expectations! Treating your guest(s) as a friend or family is a big factor to develop a good relationship than agent/guest(s) basis only. We wish to see you again as we visit Viet Nam in the future. God bless you and your family!

          Nice trip! Friendly staff
They picked us up at the airport and went directly to Chi Chu tunnels. Our guide was friendly and attentive to our 3 kids (11,9 and 7 years). He explained everything very well. Next day to Mekong delta. Nice trip for the kids with the noodle making and so. Food was great except lunch on the way back to Ho Chi Minh city. That is at very overpriced Mekong Rest Stop. Food very average, not so tasty. Food was included in the price so it is no problem, but I do think they should look out to another place. But the toilets were super clean. The company stays in close contact with jou to make sure everything is as you wish.

          An Amazing Time In Vietnam
I am very glad to have stumbled upon Phung and his team at Roadstour. We booked private transfers between the airports and our hotels in Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang in mid January 2019 as well as the Cu Chi Tunnel and Mekong Delta Tours. We didn't really know what to expect for our first trip to Vietnam. Phung's team was already there waiting for us when we step out from the customs area at the airport. We were helped with our luggage and immediately we were our way to our hotel without any stress and hassle. The next morning our tour guide Doan was already waiting for us at the hotel lobby for our tour for that day. Doan was very knowledgeable and spoke good English. We had an amazing time thanks to Doan. We have young children and a very fussy teenager daughter. Doan and our driver Mr Tan were very patient and accommodating with our family. From the beginning, Phung is always communicative and kept us up to date at all times. He even WhatsApped me to see if we landed safely and whether we are on our way to the hotel. Phung is like a local family friend you need when travelling aboard. He even helped us arrange for our travel arrangements when we were in Da Nang and Hoi An. We can't recommend Phung and his team enough. Thanks Phung and the team at Roadstour. We had an amazing time. Regards, Michael and Family.

It was our first Vietnam and we found Roadstour Company as our local tour. The owner arranged a very good itinerary and good meals for us. We would highly recommend Roadstour Company to those to are reading this review. Not forgetting the owner Mr Cap Van Phung who was friendly and professional in arranging our wonderful tour.

Our Tour guide (Ms. Dung) was very nice, spoke English fluently, took us around with ease and gave us enough time to explore. There were four of us and we had great time and much experience. she took us out for a nice lunch place with delicious food...this is highlight of the holiday in Viet Nam.

          Relaxing trip to Mekong Delta
Chanced upon Roadstour Company from TripAdvisor, and I’m glad that I had chosen the private tour (Mekong Delta) organised by Mr Phung. Very prompt in replying message and great customer service and follow up after the tour. As for the tour guide leading us, Ms Anh, very well spoken, informative, polite and friendly. She did well in her job so does the driver as well. The highlight of the tour is visiting one of the War veteran house plucking coconut. Personally, I feel that this is nice even I do not understand him. Highly recommended. Will engage them again when I’m back in Saigon.

          The Phantastic Phuong
In between dental appointments we were looking for things to do. But then we found Mr Phuong on TA. Everything said about him is spot on. He is the best in every way. Friendly, knowledgable, understanding, communicative, cooperative etc. A warning though - don't confuse Mr Phuong's Roadstour Company for the other one, Roadstour Vietnam. My tip - do the Mekong tour with him & visit Mr & Mrs Chan's Turtle Island, exclusive to Mr Pheung's trips. A highlight of our 3 weeks in Vietnam. Peter, Kathy, Tony & Linda from Australia.

Just absolutely Perfect; Sightseeing, transport arrangement and restaurant reservations!
We were referred to mr. Phung, by friends who visited Vietnam 4 years ago. Mr. Phung outperformed all expectations! A perfect limousine was awaiting us at the HCMC airport driving us to Mui-Ne and picking us up 5 days later for our return to HCMC. On Saturday we booked a full day; early morning Chu chi tunnels, ahead of al the tourist groups, followed by a lovely afternoon by private boat in the Mekong Delta. In the evening a table was reserved for us at Secret Garden for a delicious dinner at an HCMC amazing roof terrace. We were honoured having Mr Phung himself as our guide during our daytrip, giving us great insights re Vietnam. Having also arranged our transport (lots of luggage/ surfboard) to the airport, mr Phung created an easy going, hassle free Vietnam trip for us! THANKS!!!

Roadstour trip to Cu Chi Tunnels
This was an excellent tour. Our guide Phung (also owner of the company) suggested an early pick up from our hotel to avoid the crowds. It was exactly what we wanted. We were the first there, so we were able to experience the place in the quiet of the early morning which was very special. Phung's style of tour was informative and stimulating, while he also gave us space to absorb the place and information. Phung is personable, and able to give detailed and thoughtful commentary and responses on historical, cultural and contemporary Vietnam. Recommended!

Nice trip to Cu Chi Tunnels
Looking for a nice private tour to the Cu Chi Tunnels we checked reviews of several agencies. The website of Roadstour showed several options and we then chatted with Phung, the owner is the company. He responded very fast and so we booked the half day tour which was great! Phung showed us around and it was nice to get some additional information. He also shared additional information about the country and his start up coffeeshop (which we hope will stay succesfull!) The Cu Chi Tunnels are a must see and we can really recommend Roadstour!
