Just returned from a 5 day Sahara adventure tour with my kids (13 and 16) and it was an unbelievable experience!!! I can't recommend Toureg Trails enough! My guide Mohamed was extremely knowledgeable of the culture, history and geography of the region and made the whole experience feel 100% authentic. The hot air balloon, canyon trail, rock climbing, camel ride , quad ride and sand boarding activities were all awesome! Not a single tourist trap experience. All of the hotels were very nice (4 star) with good restaurants and attentive service. The whole tour was organized to the last detail and was flawless. Youssef and Mohamed were extremely accommodating and attentive (details such as-I needed to keep my daughter's medication cool during the trip so they brought a cooler in the van and made sure it had ice or frozen bottles of water daily). Cant say enough about their professionalism and how great of an experience this private tour was!!!!

My group of 3 booked a 10-day private tour with Touareg Trails and had an amazing experience. Before even arriving, Yussef made sure the itinerary was to our liking and was always prompt at responding to emails. Our guide Mohamed picked us up at the airport in Casablanca and was with us for the entirety of the tour. Mohamed was an amazing guide and helped make sure we were comfortable and having a good time for the entire 10 days; he was truly an incredible guide. Yussef did a good job behind the scenes during the trip to make sure everything was running smoothly and was a great hot air balloon pilot when it came time for that! We would definitely recommend Touareg Trails to anyone visiting Morocco as they went above and beyond expectations.

Our 4-day/3-night tour from Marrakech to Fes via the desert was undoubtedly the highlight of our trip to Morocco! Our guide Mohamed was highly professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and we felt like we got to know him personally throughout our 4 days. He made every effort to tailor the tour to our interests, and every day’s itinerary was flexible. I highly recommend adding activities to the itinerary — ATVing & sand boarding in the sand dunes, and our hike in the Monkey Fingers gorge were our favourite parts! Lastly, all the accommodations in the desert trip were top notch and far exceeded our expectations!

Mohamed & Yussef of Touareg trails are simply outstanding. Before we even arrived in Morocco they were helping us - when our Expedia hotel booking for 3 nights over New Year became invalid (the riad had been out of business for months). While Yussef tracked down a hotel room for us (a miracle - I promise you - Marrakesh at New Year was FULL!) Mohamed picked us up from the airport, and didn't leave us until he was sure we had somewhere clean and safe to stay. Our hot air balloon ride with Yussef, reviewed elsewhere - to witness the dawn on New Year's Day - was the experience of a lifetime. On day 3 of our Morocco stay, we set off (two adults and a 14 year old boy) with Mohamed into the desert - an outrageous 5 days of adventure and culture - from rock climbing and quad-biking, camel and horse riding, a pottery, a visit to a nomad family, traditional singing, hiking, 4-wheel drive on the dunes, sandboarding and lying on our backs in the sand staring up at a sky-full of stars. We stayed in beautiful Kasbah guest houses and a desert tent - it was a fabulous and exhausting time. An assault on the senses and an experience we will remember for ever. Talk about the experience of a lifetime! We went up in the Touareg Trails hot air balloon with Yussef to witness dawn on New Years Day - it was outstanding and I can think of no better start to 2024. I recommend this trip to ANYONE who is contemplating it - just do it. Yussef is the consummate professional and we felt safe and looked after at all times. We went from high up to low, skimming the olive trees drifting over the vegetable fields and the village - giving an insight into the life of the villagers - and landed to a raptuous welcome from the children and community - who Yussef and his fellow ballooners support.

The 5-day journey from Marrakech to the Sahara Desert was incredible! The Atlas Mountains adventure provided stunning sights at every turn, with rocky mountains and lovely valleys engaging our senses. We were immersed in Morocco's rich history and culture while seeing the old kasbahs and canyons, which left us in awe of the architectural marvels and legendary past. A night in the desert was a dream come true, as we found ourselves under a canopy of stars, the tranquillity of the dunes genuinely soul-stirring. The quad bike trip offered an adrenaline twist to our tour, while the camel ride added a nostalgic touch that connected us to the desert wanderers' customs. My husband James and I booked a tour with TouaregTrails and we just got back. From the very start of booking, we had excellent communication. We ended up having a flight delay due to an issue with our airport back in the US. Mohamed was incredibly accommodating and was able to book us a beautiful riad in Marrakech since we were missing a day of travel. We were worried that we would miss much of our tour since we lost a day due to the flight delays, but TouaregTrails was able to accommodate us and shifted our itinerary to still give us incredible experiences. When we got to the airport past midnight on our first day, our guide, Mohamed, was waiting for us. He was so kind and had two bottles of water waiting for us in the car. He called our riad ahead of time so they could walk us to our accommodation. Throughout the trip, Mohamed was an incredible guide. He was happy to answer all of our questions, and we really enjoyed our time with him. He was very friendly and a wonderful person, we were so happy to have had him as our guide throughout the trip! Every experience that we had was amazing, Each guide for the experiences was wonderful and helped us to have an awesome time with each activity. Really, everything about the tour was great. The accommodations, the food, and the experiences were incredible and we will look back on this trip with so many amazing memories. We were only able to visit Morocco for a short amount of time, but we can't wait to come back someday and we would definitely rebook with TouaregTrails, we would recommend booking with them to anyone we know going to Morocco, they were wonderfully accommodating and the communication was excellent! We, my wife and I, did a 5 day Tour with Youssef, our Driver, Navigation System and Guide. He did take care of the complete planning, driving and communicating with hotels, activities & restaurants. We enjoyed every minute of it and loved the shared insites and secret spots. Youssef took us to quiet and relaxing places far from the common tourist spots and showed us the most authentic side of Morocco. I did the 5 day's adventure activities. Mohamed (Piriz) was an excellent guide throughout the trip who provided an in-depth experience of the Moroccan culture and lifestyle. The circuit starting and finishing in Marakesh is an excellent way to see parts of the Moroccan landscape. The highlight of the trip was the quad biking in the Sahara Desert.

The trip called - 5 day trip Sahara Fun Outdoor Experience - was amazing on all front ! It’s a must do for families that love adventures. I was traveling with my 13 years old son and we both had a blast. We travelled in a small 4x4 with our amazing guide Youssef and two other tourists. The fact that this company allows for small groups is really an advantage. We really feel it’s a private tour that is adapted to us and our kids. The various activities were all great. I never had the opportunity to do so many things in a 5 days trip so it’s perfect for active families. Our best part was our expedition in the desert and our nights sleeping in the luxurious tent in between the sand dunes. Priceless !!! Mohamed at the camp was an amazing person that we will never forget. Our guide Youssef was just amazing from the start until the end sharing so many interesting facts and stories along the way. The fact that he loves kids made a big difference. He wants them to have fun and he is very interested in them. Youssef was always making sure we were happy, feeling safe and confortable. He became like a family member ! We are rating this trip as a 10/10!!

I went on the “Fun outdoor activities - Morocco Desert for 05 day Trip” and it was an experience of a life time! Everything was catered for and I felt very well looked after. I managed to see quite a lot and the days were jammed packed with fun activities and cultural site seeing. I had an excellent Tour Guide - Mohammed “Periz” who was very attentive and ensured the trip was everything I had hopped for! The two nights in the desert camp were absolutely phenomenal! I can’t praise the hand picked staff enough, as everyone went out of their way to make sure I had a wonderful experience!
