Ian and Carla were were awesome! They made the process seamless. We arrived, received our vehicle, completed our paperwork process. received education on how to drive and the number to call if there are any issues, took our test drive and was on the ride in no time. We did get confused at one time and had to call. The staff was super helpful. We were able to see everything we wanted to see in a 6.5 hour period, We then took the vehicle back and process was even more quick. Customer service is amazing! the 2 seater coupe,

DJ was awesome. he was very friendly and informative. He explained the scooter and all the safe areas to ride and how to lock them up so they wouldn’t be stolen. good looking out!

All went smoothly and well. My wife and I were able to ride on the same moped because I have a motorcycle qualified driver's license. No tour, just rode around by ourselves.

So much fun and the mopeds ran great. We rented for 4 days and cruised around the island. The staff was informative and courteous. Highly recommend the insurance. I had a miner fall and did not have to worry about the damage to the bike. Lol I would do it all again.

Our group had fun driving the mopeds and coupes. We had 1 stop working during the drive, but called and reported it. The customer service was great and they walked us through everything. Overall, it was a great experience and we would definitely rent again.

My husband and I hired the Scoot Coupe for 3 hours. The sign up process was easy and the information & safety video were good. We ride around Diamond Head and then went to the other side of Waikiki where the State Capitol Building is. Is was easy getting there but on the way back it wanted to take us in the Highway and we found ourselves stuck, so just make sure you check out your return route if you are going a bit further out! We really enjoyed scooting around in this little car. We paid a small fee for insurance which covered damage, theft and breakdowns so we had peace of mind that we were covered if anything went wrong. All the staff are helpful and super friendly. We will definitely hire these again and I would recommend it.

It was a hot day. We got in and immediately was cooled off. The wind in our hair was exactly what we needed. We went up diamond head lookout to ala moana beach park. Had a blast. It is so much fun. We really enjoyed it. Stopped at the fountain to take pictures and waved to everyone we passed. Such an adventure Cheers

It is 5 minutes away from Waikiki Beach. If I had to recommend something from my trip to Hawaii, it would be to ride a scooter around Hawaii on the East Sea. The staff was considerate of me while using Google Translator. If you want to know the true Hawaii, you can drive while cutting through the wind rather than renting a car. We recommend renting a scooter to travel Next time I visit, I would like to rent a car for about 4 days.

It was perfect. I could go to the places I wanted to visit. I stayed in a hostel nearby and i could park my moped in front of their store. So, i didn't have to pay a parking fee at the hostel. Everything was easy fixed and the staff was very kind and helpfull! I would definitely recommend this place for a rental bike/moped/scooter.
