Good overview of the sites with kids
This was a good overview of the sites in DC. It was fun to bike around and see everything without too much walking for our kids. They enjoyed biking. It’s not very informative as a tour, but you do get to all the sites and get to see everything. Our tour was a group of around 15 people biking together.

      Cherry blossoms and monuments
A fun tour of the monuments on a beautiful day with cherry blossoms in full bloom. Our guide did a good job navigating the crowds.

Don’t book this in peak season
We were weaving in and out of people walking, it was incredibly stressful, especially with kids. We were on sidewalks instead of bike paths.

Nice ride to enjoy cherry blossoms
Be prepared and be patient to ride through the crowd. It is a cherry blossom viewing period, so big crowd is expected. If you don’t like the crowd, this tour is not for you. The tour guide was helpful, provided information for taking photos at important spots, and helped us throughout the ride. Overall I have enjoyed the ride and would recommend this tour to anyone who loves cycling while enjoying cherry blossoms at the same time.

      Great family fun!
A lot of fun! David was a fantastic guide, very informative and friendly. We chose the traditional bikes and had no problems keeping up with the e bikes. Highly recommended.

A great way to see most of the monuments in a few hours.
Our guide Joe, was great. Informative, funny and engaging. I would take a tour with him any time. And the monuments and buildings, well they speak for themselves. Due to rain our 10am tour was delayed to 4:30pm, so it we biked in the dark at the end of the tour and maybe the monuments are even more impressive with the lights on them.

Great information tour about Washington monuments
It was a great tour with a lot of historical information about the Washington monuments. We had also time to visit the Capitol which is normally not included. I only could highly recommend the tour.

      Great for all
Ben was great and it was a wonderful bike tour around the monuments. He found out the president was going to be leaving the White House and we were hoping to see him. Unfortunately, within the timeframe we were allowed he had not left the White House, but a few saw him on our way back to home base.

      Night Bike Tour Mixed Experience
Our 6:30pm night bike tour provided a mixed experience. Despite some rain showers due to uncooperative weather, we really enjoyed the sites we visited and were able to take some great photos. However, we encountered issues related to both the bikes and our guide that merit attention. First and foremost, we encountered some safety issues during the tour due to various bike-related problems. Early in the tour, my son's bike had an issue when the chain fell off the sprocket. Fortunately, we were able to diagnose and resolve the problem. However, as we approached the end of the tour, another participant's bike experienced a similar issue when the chain came off and stuck between the sprocket and the frame. It was concerning that this was the second bike in our group to break down, and also concerning that our guide lacked even basic tools, such as a screwdriver or wrench which could have corrected the issue. The guide had to request a replacement bike, but the only other staff member was already assisting another group with another broken bike. We were left with uncertainty about the duration of the delay. Eventually, one of our group members inquired with the guide and received approval for the rest of us to ride back to the store independently, which added to potential safety issues and frustration. With three bike breakdowns in one night, it raises questions about maintenance and safety protocols. Beyond the bike-related problems, the tour itself did not meet our expectations. Our guide seemed to lack the experience and in-depth knowledge that we had hoped for and his explanations of the sites we visited were too basic. Given the tour's cost and experience we’ve had on other tours, we anticipated more comprehensive and insightful information about these locations. In an effort to address our concerns, I reached out to the management and also requested a partial refund. They responded promptly with an apology and offered a full credit for another tour, which we appreciated. However, we were left disappointed that the decision seemed to disregard the safety and maintenance concerns we encountered.

      Fantastic Experience
This trip was so much fun that we did it twice in one trip! Joe was the ultimate tour guide that led me and a friend around during the day to see all the sights. It was so much fun that we took our husbands back the next afternoon/evening to do the evening tour of the monuments all lit up. It was an excellent experience. Alex at the front desk could not have been nicer and they did their job with such great hospitality. You have to check this out if you are in D.C.!

A great way to see the city and multiple State buildings. Loved our tour guide, I believe his name was Steven!

2 hour bike tour is a good amount of time but he mentioned most people do the 3 hour one.

    Highly recommend this tour!

We had a wonderful time on our tour. Although we're experienced cyclists, we chose ebikes, which made the trip especially easy. David was a great tour guide, courteous and helpful, and gave just the right amount of information. He also quickly and efficiently helped an orphaned group of cyclists from the same vendor.

Although this tour doesn't use headsets, David gathered the group at each point of interest and spoke clearly enough that it was easy for all of us to understand what he was saying, even for those of us who are hard of hearing. He also took great pictures of us with our phones.

Disaster. First, be forewarned, Viator is a TRIP ADVISOR company, which she immediately put you on alert. I booked for two adults and two teens on Saturday March 25 for 10:00 AM Sunday March 26. Viator took my money, and issued a mobile ticket confirming the transaction. When we arrived on Sunday morning, we were told that the tickets were not honored due to the fact they were booked after 5:00 PM. There was no indication ANYWHERE on the Web site that the tickets were invalid or that there were time restrictions on date of purchased. We call Viator on Sunday, spoke to a call center rep, who then explicitly re-booked us for Tuesday March 28 10:00 AM over the phone with repeated verbal confirmation, which was the only available time in our busy scheduled. So Monday afternoon, March 27, we discovered on an email that the Viator agent booked us for Monday morning, which we never would have agreed to. So I called Viator (Remember, this is a Trip Advisor company, remember when the site was trustworthy?) got an outsourced call center rep who spoke English as a second language and who inflexibly followed a script and kept denying first the booking was with an agent over the phone and who kept denying that our ticket price would be refunded, despite Viators error. She insisted a manger would not be available (remember, this is clearly a call center!) to resolve this issue and we were faulted for the mix-up. This is not so much a criticism of the biking touring company but of Viator, and should remind all inquisitive tourists-to-be that Trip Advisor will direct you to THEIR companies in order to PROFIT from your travel plans and are probably collecting your INFORMATION to shape your searches or sell your identity to third parties. I spent 30 minutes with the VIATOR call rep, and finally just hung up (the poor rep is just trying to make a living, I know, so my ire was not taken out on her).
