      Great tour
We really enjoyed this tour and learnt a lot about Rottnest Island. The ferry/train/bus tour combination was perfect, it covered so much of the island and its history plus we saw a few quokkas along the way 😁 Lunch was great and we had the most spectacular view. The drivers and guides really went the extra mile to make the tour really enjoyable and memorable. Highly recommended

      Chasing the Quokka’s
It was so easy to book and a nice smooth trip to the Island, Such an awesome place to see , The Quokka’s are so use to humans that they just sit around and mingle with everyone, the beaches are absolutely beautiful, we only went for the day, needed more time here

An interesting place to visit and get up close with those darling quokkas.
The island is still quite unspoilt except for the main ferry landing which seemed a bit commercial to us. We had booked a ferry from Fremantle (cheaper than leaving from Perth) and had the train/bus tour of the island (the Grand tour). This was very interesting as we took the train to the cannon lookout and inspected the wartime tunnels, followed by a wrap lunch and bottle of water followed by a bus tour around the island. This was very enjoyable as we stopped at a few places for coastal scenery and ending up amongst the quokkas being able to get up close for photos. Afternoon trip back on the ferry was a little bumpy but OK. The coffee shop at the ferry landing on Rottnest was not cheap but the food was OK. The ticket office had overbooked the bus by 2 people which meant that my partner and I were unable to sit together and some older people on the bus who also had to sit apart kept looking at us as if we were responsible for their separation. This was rather disturbing and spoilt the overall experience. Our bus guide was excellent as were the staff at the cannon lookout.

      Trip to Rottnest
We left from Perth and the captain gave us a nice commentary while on the Swan River. We changed to a sea going vessel at Fremantle to go to Rottnest. The crew on both vessels were very helpful and pleasant. Overall I would recommend this company for your visit to Rottnest Island.

Easy breezy ride over to Rotto! Love the sea link experience. Friendly staff onboard. Will only use them in future. The best of the ferry options :)

      SeaLink sure …
The ferry was on time and well organised. It was an extremely busy Sunday. There are toilets and a cafe on board. There are provisions for bikes, prams and scooters just mention them on booking. It’s not cheap for a family for a half hour trip, but a good choice

      A great option
I took Pinnacles all inclusive Rottnest island tour.Ideal when tou have just a day and want to see it all;Besides being senior freindly. The pick up was spot on.The whole trip was at a leisurely pace and covered by very knowledgeable and guides proud of the history of the place. This gave me a better feel of the place as it was since the WW2 times. As promised had a good Tete -A-Tete with the Quokkas too. A sumptuous vegetarian lunch was provided for me-On the whole a great expereince. Spots for improvement would be: Have a signage at the ferry landing itself to direct clients to the train station(There were non english speaking people who struggled and were confused, though the information centre personnel put in all efforts to help them.) The public address system in the tour bus needs to be more efficient.

      Great for bike hire
We hired our bikes directly from SeaLink rather than on the island and were very happy with the quality. The locks, brakes, helmet and gears all worked fine and appeared to be of consistent quality as opposed to some we saw from the other companies. Only wish we could have hired a basket and flipper and snorkel set directly through SeaLink too - we ended up still lining up at Pedal & Flipper for these. Enjoyed the commentary on the Ferry ride, sitting up top was pleasant and we spotted a couple of river dolphins on the way back! The staff were all friendly and helpful. Overall, I'd still book SeaLink again but probably take my own snorkel set & basket next time if not available through them directly. Thanks for a great trip! :)

Worth doing, but only needed to do it once
Originally, our trip was booked on what turned out to be a very hot day forecast for Rottnest Island (RI), so we rescheduled for the only cool-ish day during our 10-day visit to WA. It cost us $14 to change the day, and took the guy on the other end of the phone a couple of seconds to make the change. We walked from our nearby accommodation to Elizabeth Quay, however, the blue CAT bus stops right at the departure point, or there is a train station and Busport bus interchange only about five-minute walk away. The ride across to RI was good, seats were comfortable, facilities were clean, and they even gave out free ice blocks part-way through the journey. We didn't purchase anything from the small kiosk. Luckily, I have notifications set to my email, as we received a message about an hour before the due departure time that our return ferry would only take us to Fremantle, and buses had been organised for the rest of the journey to Elizabeth Quay. We were to catch a later ferry, which meant our return was delayed an extra 1/2 an hour. (I wondered if there weren't enough people to make the return trip to Elizabeth Quay viable.) The bus ride was pleasant enough, and we got to see parts of Perth we otherwise wouldn't have.

Comprehensive tour of a historical and beautiful island
Comprehensive tour of beautiful Rottnest Island. Free time from the arrival of the ferry before the tour actually starts is sufficient time to visit the small museum and a few shops. The train and Olive Hill gun experience was interesting—there are stairs and walking on uneven surfaces. The bus tour goes from one end to the other, but felt rushed. Couldn’t hear or understand the guide some of the time. Would have liked more time at the few stops on the tour. You have to choose to either see the sight or go to the bathroom; not enough time for both. Time was constrained due to the ferry schedule.
