Really enjoyed our 50 minute boat trip from cechuv bridge to devils channel. Friendly informative crew member who talked us through various views and sights along the way.
What you will see
The cruise begins at the dock at Čech Bridge, pier No. 5. (recommended arrival 15 mins. before departure). First, the cruise will take you to Charles Bridge and then you can take photos of the magnificent panorama of Prague Castle above the Vltava River. Then you will head to the mysterious Devil's Channel – a blind arm of the Vltava River. You will pass under a small bridge which crosses Charles Bridge below its level. You will reach the Grand Priory Mill – the most famous of the preserved mills in the Devil's Channel, which was originally built as a millrace. On the way back you will pass by the Straka Academy, the Civic Swimming Pool and Prague Metronome above your head. There you will see the unique complex of historic buildings of the Na Františku Hospital on the other side of the Vltava River. You can enjoy the view of Prague Castle and Charles Bridge one more time before landing.
