Overview
Combine the best views of Uluru and Kata Tjuta—during sunset and sunrise—in a single package. Take a sunset walk at the base of Uluru and enjoy a sunrise picnic breakfast at Kata Tjuta. Customize your experience by choosing the two tours on the same day or consecutive days, and enjoy personalized attention from your guide by traveling with a small group of just 11 people or fewer.
Highlights
  • Small group means plenty of time to ask questions
  • Travel light with included water, sparkling wine, snacks, and breakfast
  • Hotel pickup and drop-off eliminates the need for a rental car
  • Combine the best viewing times for these landmarks in one package tour
What to Expect
When booking, choose to schedule the two portions of the tour on the same day or consecutive days. Then, be ready at your hotel in Ayers Rock Resort for convenient pickup at the start of each tour. On the evening tour, head to Uluru for a walk along the base, then follow your guide to an out-of-the-way viewing spot to toast the sunset with sparkling wine and snacks. End your experience with resort drop-off. For the morning portion of the tour, roll out of bed for pickup and make it to Kaja Tjuta in time for a spectacular sunrise and photo ops. Enjoy a picnic breakfast followed by a walk through Walpa Gorge. This combo allows you to see the iconic landmarks at the best viewing times in a single package. You'll also learn about the aboriginal history of the area and its unique ecology through your guide's engaging commentary.

The knowledge of our tour guide, John, was immense and he gave an excellent background to all sites we visited around Uluru. The whole event was made perfect with a spectacular sunset over Uluru showing all its various colours of red, whilst we had bubbles and dips. Fantastic.
