Yarra Valley Food and Wine Day Trip from Melbourne Including Lunch at Yering Station
US$151.37
Overview
Escape the city and relax in rural Victoria on this hassle-free Yarra Valley tour from Melbourne. Visit the best of the region’s wineries, handpicked by your guide, and sample wine at Coldstream Hills, Medhurst Vineyard, and Domaine Chandon. Unlike other Yarra Valley tours, this experience includes lunch at Yering Station Winery and a cheese tasting at De Bortoli Winery. Plus, Melbourne hotel pickup and drop-off are included for added convenience.
What to Expect

Your culinary journey begins at your Melbourne hotel, where you’ll board an air-conditioned bus destined for the Yarra Valley wine region—one of the most famous in Australia.

The first stop of the day is Coldstream Hills Winery, established by wine mogul James Halliday. Following a tasting session, you’ll continue to Medhurst Vineyard to sample elegant table wines and enjoy sparkling French-style offerings at Domaine Chandon.

Then it’s on to Yering Station Winery for an à la carte lunch in their wine-bar restaurant, which serves gourmet cuisine and overlooks rolling vineyards doused in sunshine. After lunch, take a tour of the Yering Station and Italian De Bortoli wineries before returning to Melbourne.

Yes it does. Across the various vineyards you will try a good variety of wines & each comes with a short presentation which are really enjoyable. Not stuffy very informative and a really good day out.

I would rethink as to why you would take your 8 year old daughter on a trip that is suited to adults.
