I have done this in Malaysia and it was very cheap Suggestion: They should include more of Island hopping rather than only visit to 1 island. If you have done Jet Ski before, you can skip this.

Imagine how we felt, when he called every other person (6 of 8 pax) in the boat by name but avoided ours. GC Watersport, we apologise that we don't have names that are European or American, but ours matter to us too. I promise we are humans. Also, you had mentioned that photos will be taken and provided at a cost. if you had added the caveat that images may not be good or clear for whatever reason, we could have made alternate plans with other passengers. So imagine our disappointment when after this experience ( the good bad and ugly), our shots where not clear, no close up shots as some of the other passengers got. For ref, check Baba11am on the 16th of Feb. We paid anyway. We got the most unintelligible excuse from a front desk (not customer service) when we complained. I jave atta Jedburgh the clearest picture of the batch you took and we paid for. So it was a double whammy: dehumanised and still nothing to show for activity. I will try out GC Parasailing next time and advise others to do same.

They travelled all the way to the Watersports office to be kept waiting for half and hour then told the tour was cancelled with a smug smile on the staff member’s face. This effectively ruined our day as we had no chance to plan anything else. Why it was cancelled so last minute was not made clear to us and when I rang to enquire, the (presumably same rude and smug) staff member said she’s already explained to my husband and hung up on me! DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. Nor was any offer was made to reimburse my husband and son for the cost of their travel to get there. To say we are disappointed is an understatement.

The guys were preally professional. Did jet ski, flyboard and parasailing as a big group. All of the coachwere really informative and really went the extra mile to make the experience really fun. ALl of my froends from china had one of the bext experience of their like. Special mention to the flyboard instructor pique, great guy, taught us heappps.

My grandson and I had an awesome day out with you guys he didn’t want to leave . The staff were amazing with Bailey they made sure he was comfortable with going parasailing safety first . Thank you again guys and keep up the great work . We will be back again soon . I would highly recommend Gold Coast Watersports .

My wife and I went for jet ski and parasailing. PK and Assam(?) were great! Funny yet professional. They made us feel super comfortable with this experience. They went above and beyond to make us have a great time!

I called in about 5 days prior to coming to book the package. The lady on the phone was polite and helpful which is why we went in very optimistic. When we got there, we were greeted by a rather unpleasant man on the receiving desk. I continued to tell him that we were there to parasail, jetski, and flyboard, he proceeded to shake his head with a disappointed look on his face and asked if we had a booking. I showed him the confirmation email sent to me and he then said we couldn't do parasailing because the boat was broken. Don't get me wrong, I understand when accidents happen, they do everyday. But a call or an email to say parasailing wouldn't be possible on the expected day would have been better than a quite rudely delivered "sorry mate, sh*t happens" on the spot. We were in Gold Coast for my girlfriend's birthday for 5 days only. And each day had a schedule pre booked for the holiday to be hassle free. He asked if there were any other days we could do it. I looked on our itinerary if we had a free hour somewhere and said Wednesday morning. He replied with "nah, there's not enough bookings for parasailing that day so it wouldn't be worth it for us." He also said it would be better if we did all the activities on another day. At this point I was getting very frustrated, we were there, we were ready, and this man made us feel very unwelcome and more of a burden than customers. So I told him that I'll just cancel the booking, get a refund for whatever I've paid for so far, and I'll do these activities with another much promising company. He then changed his tone, that we could do 2 of the activities today, and he will put us on the first boat out on Wednesday. (Where was this attitude before?)
Anyway, we went flyboarding which was a rather fruitless activity as the boots were too big so we basically just kept falling into the water for 10 minutes and the guide said alright it's time to wrap it up.
Jetski was literally just going in circles around 6 floating drums in the water for 30 minutes. (If you're looking to have fun on a jetski, go on a safari, next door!)
We wrapped up that day and came back on Wednesday to do parasailing which was the only pleasant experience with this company. PK, I believe his name was, and the skipper with him on the boat were also the only 2 people who seemed keen for customers to get their money's worth. Those 2 were the only employee's that delivered good customer service. (Thanks, PK!)
The man on the desk, the driver, nor the man who did flyboarding and jetski - all seemed to not care.
Overall, my conclusion is - never again. Rude staff, meh activities (other than parasailing, which can really only go one way). Not worth your time, definitely not worth your money.
The next time we go to Gold Coast, we'll be going to the company next door. And definitely won't be taking a second glance on this one.

Hi Robyn, we're sorry you felt the customer support was not great, we do try to make sure that everyone has a good time in every aspect when they arrive here.
In regards to the Flyboard and Jetski experiences, you paid using your IVenture. We are the only Jetski/Flyboard company on the Gold Coast to accept these.
The 30min Jetski Circuit is the activity advertised with Iventure, we do have Jetski Tours which we do always recommend if your looking for more than the circuit however you would have to pay extra for this.
I'm surprised you didn't enjoy the Flyboard, looking at your 10min allocated session you did seem to do get up and out of the water which is an achievement. It's not an easy experience however most people do have a lot of fun trying!

Did the Jet ski for the first time and it was an amazing experience. It was a 1000cc Yamaha so very powerful. Lucas was excellent in terms of giving us the safety instructions and helping us get familiar with the jet ski.
Also did the Parasailing which I must recommend for those who don't want to get themselves wet. Zander was our mate on board, who was again very jovielle.
Memorable experience overall.

Amazing customer service, there was nobody else doing the JetSki at the time so the guys were awesome and we had the best time! Also gave us a lift back to the car :)

I would definitely recommend Gold Coast Water Sports for booking any water activities that they offer. So easy process and staff was very friendly which made our experience unforgettable. I would definitely book any future adventurous activities with them.
