The weather was very nice on the day we took the cruise, and there was plenty of room to lie down if you did not feel well. The most amazing part was the guided snorkeling tour by Ted. I couldn't swim so I thought I had to settle with the glass-bottom boat. But the guided

Hi there folks to start with i wud say the trip is over crowded. when we artived there was hardly any place to sit. Some staff are good but most of them are rude. We went today the semi sub-marine was not working and it seems like people are running around without any direction.

Hello 795jayrr, We appreciate your feedback. It is disappointing to hear you did not find the day enjoyable. We certainly are one of the largest vessels on the reef and sometimes have sections of the boat set aside and reserved for large groups. Every now and then we do find some seats are taken up by bags of other guests etc but if you ask nicely enough people will move to accommodate other guests. As we do have seating on board for over 350 guests so there is most definitely a seat for everyone. I understand the semi-submersible boat did have a mechanical issue on Saturday. We still had our glass bottom boat running continuously as well as all of the other great inclusions such as the underwater observatory, fish feeding presentation and marine life touch tank and unlimited snorkeling activities. Perhaps you can join us again another time and we can work towards improving on your experience. Please feel free to email tours@sunlover.com.au Kind Regards, Sunlover Reef Cruises

TTrip was everything it promised. Saw lots of fish and turtle (before being frightened away by a snorkeller). Lunch was good but not extraordinary. The only disappointment was we were told there would be fish feeding before leaving the pontoon but this did not occur. Plenty of
