What to Expect
Be ready for early morning pickup at your Ayers Rock Resort accommodations, where you hop into a 4WD vehicle and finish waking up on the way to the UNESCO World Heritage-listed national park, home to the 36 domes of Kata Tjuta. Upon arrival, follow your guide to the best possible place to watch the sunrise and then travel over to the western side for an outback-style picnic breakfast. Listen to your guide talk about the geological history and environment of the area; you'll learn much more than you would visiting on your own.
