  • Small group guarantees personalized attention and the chance for questions
  • Round-trip transportation means you can enjoy the scenery en route
  • Travel light, as water is provided
  • Commentary teaches you aboriginal beliefs about this sacred place
What to Expect
Begin your day with convenient pickup at your Ayers Rock Resort, where you'll climb into a 4WD vehicle. Enjoy the scenery on the way to the UNESCO-listed Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park, looking out for kangaroos on the way while a guide takes care of the driving.

Embark on a 1.5-mile (2.5-kilometer) guided walk through Walpa Gorge, during which your guide will provide commentary on the ancient aboriginal history of the area. Traveling with a small group limited to 11 guarantees that you'll get personalized attention and plenty of time to ask questions about the local people's beliefs and customs.

Back in the vehicle, snap photos and watch the red rock scenery on the way back to your resort for drop-off.

Superb tour led by Georgie who knew her geology and biology very well, pointing out so many things we would have missed. Highly recommended .

Suggest you contact Seit the tour operator. I went in March so timing might be different. We left about 130pm. December could be hotter so this can affect tour timings especially a walking tour.
