Follow your guide, a professional photographer, around Sydney Harbour and The Rocks, then take in the views from Observatory Hill as the sun sets over the city. With expert advice to help you compose the perfect shot, master tricky lighting techniques and learn to use a tripod; you’ll be sure to take some impressive photos.
What to Expect
Your Sydney photography tour is carefully structured to progress the right elements to good photography. Photography is like a good recipe, each element in the right proportions. You will enjoy applying the theory in practical activities and hands on learning Explore the scenery and history of one of the most picturesque city harbors of the world. With the assistance of an accredited photographer and trainer, walk the cobblestone laneways, photograph the Sydney Harbour and the quaint character that only Sydney has.

On this four hour Sydney sunset DSLR2 tour you'll enjoy the late afternoon and sunset of Sydney Harbour. Enjoy also taking photos as daylight falls and the city lights up under the night sky. This class will teach you long exposure, night photography and composition. Share tripods are supplied at no cost. We start at a local cafe to review your knowledge and get the finer points of the session ahead. An experienced photographer and supported with handout notes ensures you get the knowledge as well great photos. Our classes are small so you get plenty of personal attention.

We walk a path above the city streets , past the Opera House and then stroll through our magnificent Botanical Gardens and arrive at our harbour foreshore destination. Watch the sun set and capture great photos that will amaze and provide memories of your Sydney experience. We walk you back past the National Library, The Domain and farewell you back at The Rocks. Location may change subject to weather but ensure the Opera House and Sydney Harbour Bridge are included.

The best tour if you want to learn basics of sunset photography

I couldnt ask for anyone other than Terry for this tour guide as he is the best. He was very patient to explain us the little tips and help us to practice and correct the mistakes.
