    Good value, long day
The tours are well organised, collecting people from the different areas and distributing them into appropriate langiage tour groups. There is a lot to see in a day and the tour guides are well informed aand are professional.

The combined ticket gets you entry to both the cathedral and its museum. The cathedral has a highly decorated interior and is nice to take some time to enjoy the stillness. The museum hosts a lot of silver work including some wonderful statues of the apostles and lots of impressive artwork.

Wonderful views but a poor experience in other respects.
Very disappointing. It’s hard to see how they can have made such a poor job of this wonderful tour. The views are really spectacular and these harbours are full of interesting history, so what can go wrong? The English commentary was really poor, delivered in a monotonous, dreary voice and in an accent that most of our group of 30 intelligent English tourists couldn’t understand. Those who spoke German said that it was better! Most people turned off completely so I can’t comment on the content delivered but we didn’t come back with much interesting background or history. The red two deck catamaran is too big to do this job and so a large portion of people have to sit in seats that don’t afford a clear view or make it easy to take photos, especially as some passengers often stood up to take their own photos blocking the view of those in inner seats. If you get a good view from side seats ok but I can’t recommend this cruise if you want to learn any history. It’s clearly a very popular and commercially successful trip but this sort of “industrial tourism” is not giving a good service.

    Mdina guided tour
I was separated from the tour with another customer. There was absolutely no attempt by the guide to find out where we were he didn't even know we were missing. Other customers alerted him to the fact but nothing about it. We eventually caught with hem by me ringing and speaking to Michael( (who was amazing). When we caught up with the tour the guide didn't apologise. In fact he was totally nonplused. There was no checking numbers or information on the day, Dinner was thrust upon us with no asking about allergies. The two guides instead of splitting into groups of their own languages they tried to speak alternatively. It was only us suggesting the take their own tours but stayed close that they did this. It was a very very long day with mostly travelling

The group was far too large ..30 plus. This meant that the guide spent a lot of the tour checking/waiting for people.
The guide did not chat between the sights and used a speaker and not headsets for the participants meaning she could not keep a good commentary going. The boat trip split the party on 3 boats with very little information provided by the boatman…..who should have been provided with a cheat sheet. Finally there was confusion at the start when one of the 3 guides was late due to a traffic accident and the guide who was there did not explain what was happening….I actually called the tour organiser to find out and I informed the rest of the tour.

Keep it to one guide per bus!!
The whole trip was ok overall. There was a few downside issues mainly with having two guides in one bus. I have anxiety and I sat in the first seat of the bus to help me cope. The Portuguese Guide informed me that she needed the seat as there's was 2 guides. So I felt obligated to move. She never once offered to share the seat. Lack of compassion in this situation. I told my guide Olivia about it. She offered to help me swap seats. I declined as we needed to get going. Also there was a language barrier caused in the bus as the group thought there was assigned seats. Which caused a Portuguese couple to be upset about me sitting where they were previously. They were cursing at me. Only did I informed the guide was there anything mentioned about seats. Lunch was a set menu, but satisfactory. Lastly the guide Hannah was travelling with us to the bus transfers. When returning to bus transfers. Asked for assistance and got " I'm not with you!" Found it very rude as we pay for services, not to get rudeness from staff. A polite manner would of been fine.

If you want to pay for a tour and be left behind, book with this agency !!
The worst tour operator I have ever used !! I left my hotel to go to the meeting point 1 hour prior to the start of the tour. When booking a tour in Valetta, many tour operators offer hotel pick ups at various locations as it is hard to drive into the old city. 1 hour prior prior to the tour, I started calling this booking agency to tell them I cannot find the office they indicated as a meeting point. Their google map links that they kept sending me, were useless links, kept taking me back to the starting point, yet the tour operator would not accommodate us with another pick up location, like the Phoenician Hotel, Grand Hotel, at the ferry port, or other, they would not put me in touch with the driver to arrange an alternative pick up location, all together, they could not care less if you find the meeting point or not. PS the agency did not even offer the tour for the next day to make up for the bad links that did not help us find their office. I travel a lot, I have never had such a poor and indifferent service, on an island where otherwise the hospitality was quite pleasant. When booking tours with this agency, BE CERTAIN you have alternative plans, as you too may be left behind, with no touring plans. Terrible, rude and inhospitable experience.

    Great!
Good trip on the Highspeed ferry, my partner and I went from Gozo to Valletta. We were warned that it can be a bit choppy and people suffering from seasickness but we had a really pleasant experience! The ferry was early for boarding and efficient in getting us to Valletta. The boat was very clean and comfortable.

Tour of Mdina, Rabat, Dingli Cliffs and San Anton Gardens
The great things about this tour were the locations, each were really interesting and beautiful, providing a look into the history of Malta. The guide Josephine (I think), was knowledgeable and engaged and it was really useful to be picked up from my hotel. Things that could be improved; the group sizes were too large, made the logistics pretty messy, and the trip to the Silversmith felt like a bit of a money grab. The actual artistry on show was minimal and it was just about buying stuff in a shop. The glass blowing was much more interesting and should be prioritised

Use social media and app to alert the public about delays
It is important to inform the public on social media if there are any delays in the service. Very frustrating to be told when purchasing tickets that fast ferry is delayed by half an hour especially if you want to be on time for an appointment

Cheated by Gozo Highspeed - Misleading Fare Information and Poor Customer Service
The fare information on your website is a joke. I showed my university student card to pay the student fare and got charged the full fare because, apparently, the discount is only for full-time students, not part-timers. This crucial detail is completely missing from your website. In any civilized country, the company would make sure the information is accurate and would charge the price shown online. But not in Malta. This is the first and last time I use your service, and I will make it my mission to warn everyone against using it. I refuse to do business with a company that cheats and disrespects its customers. Additionally, the ticketing agent refused to note my complaint or escalate it to their customer care department. Her reply was to send them an email. My response is this negative review on the social media platforms I use.

too much people,, driveing for 2 hours
too many people on the ship, if you are not among the first you end up on the ground in direct sunlight everything would be tolerable, in the end we were picked up by a big bus which drove us around Malta for 2 hours to the hotel for 20 euros, a bolt taxi will bring you there in 15 minutes

good choice for families with kittle kids
Took the Gozo fast ferry from Valletta to visit Gozo for a day. We decided to go to this beach because we have small children. The beach was very crowded but we still managed to find a spot near to the sea. Rental beds and umbrellas are available for 15 euro/day (2 bed, 1 umbrella). There are places to eat and drink.

    Great to see Malta highlights
This was a great tour to see some highlights of Malta. Our free time at the gardens and Mdina could have been longer because it felt quite rushed; and time at the gold/silver/glass blowing crafts place should have been shorter. Our guide (Jo) was fantastic though and very knowledgeable. Lunch was not the best and very basic, and included a bottle of wine but as non alcoholic drinkers, we asked for something as substitute but were refused - even water! This was weird. So it was wine or no drink.

Popeye is well organized Village. You just need to pay an admission fee and everything is included except your drinks and food. You can learn about the Popeye movie and view the buildings and scenery where the movie was recorded. You can also use swimming pool or enjoyed a beach in many beds waiting for you around ( they are included in one admission ticket). They have also well organized activity and various competition in the water. The staff is very friendly and party leader is amazing Popeye Village is good for everyone ,regardless of age.You need only to bring your good mood to have a fun there and a towel .I recommend planning a whole day there from opening to closing.I promise you will not regret it😆😃😊Bogusia with family UK

There are amazing views, postcard and popcorn are included in your price, this is a very nice touch, staff and characters are brilliant, shows are worth watching. If your intentions are to play mini golf, this is very disappointing, no holes numbered, clubs and balls laid anywhere, you have to find your own around the course, objects not attached to the floor, very poor. The inflatable course was not open due to the weather, this is fine and understandable, but we had pre paid tickets at full price, ticket prices were cheaper on the day due to it being closed, we were never offered a refund or reduction, I have had to do this later via trip advisor. Scanned out tickets and let us in whilst other people getting changed £18 each due to inflatables being closed.

It 'was a good experience, as soon as we entered we were amazed by the charm of the landscape that from the hill came to the sea, among the water features with inflatables, motorcycles and pedal boats that you could rent.
All well organized with bars and restaurants; the animation guys wearing, of course, the costumes of the Popeye characters were very nice and engaging... then the cinema, the sets, the set, all very nice. Ah, I forgot, there are also swimming pools, minigolf and various games for children. We spent the whole day. Highly Recommendation.

Everything went well, it was easy to pick up the rental car from Hertz, I didn't take out additional insurance on the car and as I didn't have any repairs, they returned the €1500 deposit on the day of delivery. The food is more or less the same value as in Portugal and although there is less choice, there is enough. The hotel I stayed in was great and I only had to use paid parking for 1 day.
The sandy beaches are very few or small and full of boats but there are many good beaches for snorkeling and swimming.

OK for Popey fans. For the rest, okay. I/we didn't need it. In December, €14 per person. Everything was great for the 18-month-old little one and she couldn't stop being amazed.

Otherwise, you can tell that the park is getting older. The fun area was closed, mini golf was more for the little ones. The restaurant in front of the entrance was OK. The food was OK, nothing special, but there was an indoor play area, €5 for an hour. The little one had fun and was completely knocked out.

The whole day was brilliant from start to finish. Initially looks like it is just for children but this is not the case. Popeye village is great for all ages, friends, couples, families. Sun lounger beds situated all around the beach, water sports for you to participate in for an extra cost. Free obstacle course was really fun, and the mini golf was great to top it off! Overall 10/10 definitely recommend to anyone.

Overall it is nice, even if the whole village is quite "dated" the staff is kind and friendly, greeting everyone. The water and zumba activities are nice. Food a little expensive, services clean. I recommend that you immediately run and get a sunbed near the water and bring some shoes because it is full of rocks.

Nice attraction but for those who have children under 10 and who above all know the character, which is rare now!
The price is a bit exaggerated for what it offers, the children's pool is passable, the others are a bit dilapidated as they are classic home pools! The sea is nothing special but the activities with the inflatables and games at the exit are always nice for children!
Luckily there are plenty of sunbeds but if you get a hot day it's impossible to stay there!

We went to this beautiful village, welcomed by entertainers and you know very nice characters... they were very engaging
The sea is a little less beautiful because it's quite dirty from the morning.. as for the food, quite good but with a little high prices
All in all we had a lovely day

Beautiful village with Popeye in the leading role. We went there with the family. The view is beautiful, but that is one of the few advantages. The sunbeds by the sea were all full, the water playground was full of twenty-year-olds, so my nine-year-old son couldn't really use it. The water also smells very bad. The swimming pools upstairs were clean, but more for younger children and not very large. The village itself is not much. When you return around 5:30 PM, the bus will be packed. We could no longer get a seat and luckily we were able to take a private bus, which was also packed. Not worth repeating as far as we are concerned.
