    What to Expect
Make your own way to Tromso safari center to get acquainted with your knowledgeable guide. Travel to the local ferry port by coach and then climb aboard an awaiting vessel, relaxing during the scenic journey across the water.

As you approach the Lyngen Alps, marvel at the frozen splendor of a landscape considered Norway’s winter sports mecca. Gaze at stunning tableaux of dramatic ravines, snow-capped mountains and serpentine trails as you disembark the boat and head to the snowmobile station.

After listening to a short safety briefing and donning a thermal suit and protective helmet, climb aboard your state-of-the-art snowmobile and follow an intermediate trail in order to build your confidence.

Once you feel secure, increase the pressure on the accelerator and summon your courage on serpentine tracks that afford incredible mountain vistas. If you’ve chosen an evening departure time, enjoy the added exhilaration of travelling by moonlight. Traverse icy ravines and navigate frozen mounds during your adventurous snowmobile safari.

Conclude your adventure at an inviting bar, warming up with delicious fish soup, crusty bread, and steaming beverages. Sated, return to Tromso by coach and ferry, and bid your guide farewell at the safari center, where the tour concludes.

It’s the fantastic experience to ride the snow mobile. They provide hot chocolate to warm up the body during riding and provide hot fish soup after the riding. The whole riding takes about 1 hour, great!

We drove the snowmobiles for a maximum of 45 minutes of the whole day with a lot of stops. The tour is just up the hill close to the road and cabins were the "tour"begins. Would certainly NOT recommend this to anyone. And its a 2h ride from Tromsö to the actual place. Maximum

Hello there, First of all, thank you so much for your feedback. We highly appreciate the constructive criticism as this allows us to improve our service. However, we would like to clarify a couple of details that we consider are not completely accurate. We are very sorry for the stress that implies running around for transportation, especially since you are a family with children. We understand your disappointment. Nevertheless, we would like to tell you that we handle lost and found items every day; we have guidelines for these cases, which we followed with you too. I personally recall to have ringed the bus company that works with us, multiple times, and unfortunately, they didn’t find your bag at that time. I left them the message to send it over to us if they found it. But nothing has arrived yet. My colleagues called as well, before and after I did. And as we also explained face-to-face to you, we use several busses, which are checked for lost property at the end of the day. When our drivers find something, they usually bring it back to us here by our desk. Most of the time, our guests are reunited with their belongings, and sometimes we even send them over by mail. We therefore strongly believe that we did everything in our power to help you to find your bag. Nonetheless our efforts were not enough this time. We apologize again and we hope that you managed to enjoy your trip, and the rest of your stay here in Tromsø. Kind regards, Milly
