My husband and I recently participated in a private tour through Anna's arrangements. Our guide, Marin, was amazing!! He arrived on time to our hotel reception area and spent the day driving us from Innsbruck to Bavaria so that we could visit the Neuschwanstein Castle. It was incredible! Marin talked with us along the drive and told us so many stories and shared details that we would not have gotten otherwise. He stayed with us every step of the way, right up until we entered the castle, so that we would not get lost. Know that one cannot just 'show up' and purchase a ticket to this castle. We saw people try to do that and they were gravely disappointed. Working through Anna and Marin, the 'ticket lady' was ready for us and there was no delay or question that we would be able to tour the castle. The information was interesting! Note that there are about 200? steps within the castle itself. As an aside, there is another castle within sight of Neuschwanstein, and my husband and I also got tickets for it. It was wonderfully authentic and rustic. The guide within the castle was excellent and allowed for questions. Marin accompanied so there was no question where to go. It allowed for a very comfortable, 'non stress', beautiful day. On the drive back to Innsbruck he shared even more information about Ludwig II to augment what we had learned. We had an excellent experience. Yes, this event costs money, but we felt we really got our money's worth! Anna's communication was helpful and reassuring. Marin was an excellent guide and we highly, highly recommend Anna for our arrangements and our guide Marin was absolutely wonderful. What a great memory!

The driver picked the 6 of us up at our hotel, and drove us to Swarovski Crystal World. He was on time, and the trip went quick - about an hour. When we got there, he went to the box office, picked up our tickets and personal audio devices, and asked when he should return for us. We were there 2 1/2 hours - and I felt it was perfect (we didn't eat there). This is the most AMAZING place. They have inside installations, and outside gardens. I had no idea what this would be like, but we all were so very surprised and pleased. I definitely recommend this tour.

The application was very informative. Easy to use. We were able to locate all of the points of interest and move at our own pace.

We had an amazing day with Anna. Communication was top notch and she was very informative throughout the various stops.

The views were absolutely amazing! The zoo, be prepares to walk and up hills. Once there well worth the journey. Had a fabulous time. Definitely recommend this.

My husband & I had a fabulous day trip to Hallstatt with Anna. Of course the scenery everywhere is stunning, and Hallstatt just as you see in the pictures - maybe a bit touristy and crowded, but if you go up the finucular to the top, it is peaceful and truly a very special view. Anna’s commentary was so interesting and she is a lovely, friendly and easy going guide. We had lunch on a stunning lake away from Hallstatt, which was perfect. The drive was lovely from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Anna was a wonderful tour guide - I can't recommend it enough. We got to see some amazing things and she was very knowledgeable and pre-empted most of the questions we had!

We had a wonderful trip to the Dolomites with our guide Marin and 4 friends. Marin was amazing giving us valuable information about the country as we made our way to the Dolomites. We were so happy we chose this tour and this company. Anna and Marin were easy to work with and if I could give them more than 5 stars I certainly would.

Great tour, great guide, great car (a new Mercedes)... A bit too ambitious for a one day trip. Better to see the lakes in the morning (before noon) and the Tre Cime and Dolomites after.

Very nice experience with Marin. He is so kind and arranged everything well. We went to Seceda, Alpe di Suisi, and St. Magdalena.

The tour to the Dolomites and the Lakes was so worth it. Anna was such an amazing guide. She was on time and worked with us to maximize the best tour for us. She is very knowledgeable of the sites, history and surrounding culture. She made our trip come to life. Best tour guide we have had and would highly recommend her for a tour in the Tirol / Innsbruck area.

Tour does a good job of giving you the highlights at a decent pace. Easy navigation. Can complete at your leisure. Had good tips trough out. Anna was great too. FYI. You will need to download an app. Wegotrip.

Our guide was awesome; friendly and knowledgeable about the region. We had a nice drive to the area, made stops at key locations, and as a group, agreed on how long we’d stay at each location making for a relaxed day where we could checkout the Tre Cime di Lavaredo and Lake Braies among other stops without feeling rushed.

The tour did a fantastic job of bringing the history of Salzburg and the surrounding area to life. The recording itself was well done and very informative and understandable

Anna helped to create a day of lifelong memories for us during our tour of Hallstatt. We sincerely appreciated her timely pre-trip communications and her guidance of what was practical to experience during a single day trip to Hallstatt from Salzburg. We liked that Anna offered recommendations and allowed us to make the final choices of what to experience based on our interests. Anna arrived on-time at our hotel and picked us up in a luxury vehicle for our trip. Anna not only has a great knowledge of Hallstatt and its history, but the surrounding areas as well. We appreciated her willingness to share some of that with us during our ride in the car as well as her knowing where to stop along the way for us to see some incredible sights that were perfect for picturing taking. Our walking tour through Hallstatt was nothing less that stunning. Anna allowed us to move along at our own pace and shared information and stories with about everything that we saw. Before our trip back to Salzburg, Anna took us to a restaurant where we enjoyed an authentic Austrian meal in a quiet outdoor setting. We reflected on what we had seen throughout the day and Anna provided additional details and answered any questions that we had. Anna is a class act! She treated us in a very professional, courteous, and friendly manner and helped us to experience many treasures of Hallstatt that we would have missed without her knowledge and guidance.
