About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- Debbiea2020 contributionsAmazing Swarovski Crystal World! The driver picked the 6 of us up at our hotel, and drove us to Swarovski Crystal World. He was on time, and the trip went quick - about an hour. When we got there, he went to the box office, picked up our tickets and personal audio devices, and asked when he should return for us. We were there 2 1/2 hours - and I felt it was perfect (we didn't eat there). This is the most AMAZING place. They have inside installations, and outside gardens. I had no idea what this would be like, but we all were so very surprised and pleased. I definitely recommend this tour.Written October 3, 2024

- karenqF5903LG0 contributionsHighly recommended private tourMy husband & I had a fabulous day trip to Hallstatt with Anna. Of course the scenery everywhere is stunning, and Hallstatt just as you see in the pictures - maybe a bit touristy and crowded, but if you go up the finucular to the top, it is peaceful and truly a very special view. Anna’s commentary was so interesting and she is a lovely, friendly and easy going guide. We had lunch on a stunning lake away from Hallstatt, which was perfect. The drive was lovely from start to finish. Highly recommend!Written August 28, 2024
- Clint M0 contributionsMagical day to the Dolomites and LakesThanks to Anna for this awesome full day tour of the Dolomites and the Lakes. Anna was the most gracious and insightful tour guide and we had a lovely day with her. She guided us through the history of Austria and Tyrol between locations and had a full day itinerary for us to see the most gorgeous locations. She even knew the best locations for photos and helped us capture some pictures of this amazing day. Amazing!! Thanks AnnaWritten August 9, 2024
- Sharon W0 contributionsSmall Group Tour of The DolomitesWe had a wonderful trip to the Dolomites with our guide Marin and 4 friends. Marin was amazing giving us valuable information about the country as we made our way to the Dolomites. We were so happy we chose this tour and this company. Anna and Marin were easy to work with and if I could give them more than 5 stars I certainly would.Written July 31, 2024
- K7524RIalexandruc0 contributionsWorth seeingGreat tour, great guide, great car (a new Mercedes)... A bit too ambitious for a one day trip. Better to see the lakes in the morning (before noon) and the Tre Cime and Dolomites after.Written July 27, 2024

- michaelbF2285BW0 contributionsA beautiful day in the DolomitesOur guide was awesome; friendly and knowledgeable about the region. We had a nice drive to the area, made stops at key locations, and as a group, agreed on how long we’d stay at each location making for a relaxed day where we could checkout the Tre Cime di Lavaredo and Lake Braies among other stops without feeling rushed.Written July 15, 2024

- J947BFjerryb0 contributionsIncredible Experience! Don't miss out.Anna helped to create a day of lifelong memories for us during our tour of Hallstatt. We sincerely appreciated her timely pre-trip communications and her guidance of what was practical to experience during a single day trip to Hallstatt from Salzburg. We liked that Anna offered recommendations and allowed us to make the final choices of what to experience based on our interests. Anna arrived on-time at our hotel and picked us up in a luxury vehicle for our trip. Anna not only has a great knowledge of Hallstatt and its history, but the surrounding areas as well. We appreciated her willingness to share some of that with us during our ride in the car as well as her knowing where to stop along the way for us to see some incredible sights that were perfect for picturing taking. Our walking tour through Hallstatt was nothing less that stunning. Anna allowed us to move along at our own pace and shared information and stories with about everything that we saw. Before our trip back to Salzburg, Anna took us to a restaurant where we enjoyed an authentic Austrian meal in a quiet outdoor setting. We reflected on what we had seen throughout the day and Anna provided additional details and answered any questions that we had. Anna is a class act! She treated us in a very professional, courteous, and friendly manner and helped us to experience many treasures of Hallstatt that we would have missed without her knowledge and guidance.Written July 2, 2024
- cindy c0 contributionsScenic & educational. Our family of 5 had an easy day of travel to visit the local sites, lakes & the Dolomites. It was a great & easy way to experience the local sites, lakes & Dolomites with an informative local guide. Contact Anna directly to sign up for their many daily adventures. Her husband, Marin, was our guide. Not only did he provide us with educational info of the area, he was our family photographer for the many Instagram worthy family shots & made many extra stops along the way up to the beautiful scenic mountains & a box of fresh locally grown apple juice! Expect a clean & comfortable ride. Thank you Tyrol Travel for a really great time!Written June 22, 2024
- DSouthNJ0 contributionsAmazing Tour of HallstattMy friend and I had an amazing day in Hallstatt, thanks to Anna! Our day started with a stop at the beautiful Basilika St. Michael in Mondsee, which we requested. Anna walked us through the town to the church and gave us lots of information along the way. We also stopped for pics at St. Gilgen before arriving in Hallstatt. Anna gave us time to go to the Skywalk, which had incredible views. Luckily the lines were short since there were not many tourists at this time of year. From there, Anna gave us a private, leisurely tour through Hallstatt. She gave us lots of background information and we stopped for numerous photos. We had a delicious lunch at a restaurant that Anna recommended and had fun talking with her. She walked us through the town to the church, Bone House, cemetery, and shops. And she took us to the best photo place! I had waited several years before I could get to Hallstatt and decided that I did not want to be rushed on a bus tour there. So I decided that it would be best to book a private tour and it was the best decision!! Anna made it a perfect day with lots of information and laughs along the way. We made a new friend and visited an amazing destination!!Written April 30, 2024

The drive from Innsbruck is beautiful. Once we arrived at the castle area and picked up my ticket, Anna told me the history of Ludwig II and we walked around the whole area, including a spectacular view of Neuschwanstein from off the main trails. The ticked tour was organized and straight forward. On the way back we stopped at an old fortress and suspension bridge for more great views. All around an excellent day out, a truly wonderful experience, highly recommend.

From start to finish, our trip to the alpine town and famous castle was an unforgettable adventure. Our guide Marin was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making us feel relaxed and comfortable, even with our small child. We thoroughly enjoyed our traditional German lunch, the hike to/from the castle and spectacular views. 5 stars!

First of all, a very big thank you to Anna for organising this trip despite late notice and busy schedule. We really appreciate that. The trip to Neuschwanstein starts straight after leaving Innsbruck as the road there goes through beautiful Alpine scenery as you cross the boarded to Germany. The destination is way more than just the castle itself - actually it's two castles - it's also a Bavarian village, beautiful forest surroundings and a lake with the Swans. Anna provided us with all the details and history that surrounds the area. We were taken to all the best spots to ensure we can truly experience the Neuschwanstein Castle with all its perks. We've also been offered to go on the longest suspension bridge....but we passed this time. To summarise, if in Innsbruck, well worth devoting one that to get out of the city and visit Germany and experience the amazing place that the Neuschwanstein Castle truly is.

This was one of the best private tours we have been to during our trips. Anna was just awesome! She communicated with us very clearly prior to the trip and set realistic expectations. On the day of the tour we were picked up right at 9 am. We proceeded straight to Neuschwanstein castle. On the way, Anna shared a lot of historical facts, stories and anecdotes. We are a relaxing lunch at the picnic tables around the lake. Our castle visit appointment was at 1:45 pm (pre booked by Anna). We came back down by 3:30 pm and proceeded to the other castle. After completing that tour, we finally headed back to Innsbruck at 5 pm. Since it was raining, we couldn’t visit the suspension bridge.
Overall, it was a perfect trip. Even our 10 year old thoroughly enjoyed the tour and didn’t complain even once, which was a great achievement! We highly recommend booking a trip with Anna! We are definitely booking her again on a future Austria trip!

Meeting Anna and finally seeing “Cinderella’s Castle. The trip would not have been the same without Anna. She advised us every step of the way, gave history lessons and made sure our day was a success. She even dropped us off at our next tour and helped us get situated. She is a delightful lady and made a day a success
