You'll start at
Ingólfur Square
101 Reykjavík, IcelandWe meet up at Ingolfstorg Square in the center of Reykjavik by the two stone high seat pillars (Over 2 meters high), The square is at the beginning of Austurstræti (Austurstræti 1) and is squared off by the streets Aðalstræti, Hafnarstræti, Veltusund, and Vallarstræti. If you walk down Laugavegur (The main shopping street) please just continue all the way down until you come to the square always walking straight down until you can't continue further. On the Ingolfur square itself, you can see Kvosin a small grocery market and finally Center Hotel Plaza. We recommend for people to use Google Maps or something similiar because the Icelandic street names can be tricky :).

We could not recommend this walking tour of the city more. Our guide, Esther, was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. She walked us all over the city explaining the history, culture, and providing interesting anecdotes. This walk is a must to start your visit to Iceland as

I found out later that it was actually canceled but because I didn't have wifi I didn't get the memo so Stefan came anyway. It was a solo tour and he was very personable, had great stories and answered many questions. If I were to give any advice - I'd give him five stars

Thank you for an honest review and I will pass this advice along to Stefan ;) About the tour, yes we tried our best to contact you via all means possible but when that failed we just decided to step up so you would not be stranded in Reykjavik in the middle of winter hehe. Hope you join us back someday for another tour Regards Valur Your Friend In Reykjavik
