Small-Group Golden Circle Tour and Secret Lagoon Visit from Reykjavik
From US$128.00
Overview
Opt for a personalized experience of Iceland’s Golden Circle on a small-group tour from Reykjavik. Eliminate the hassle of renting a car or the expense of taxis by traveling between Thingvellir National Park, Gullfoss waterfall, and the Geysir Geyser with ease in a climate-controlled minivan. Let a guide enliven each landmark with legend and folklore, and adhere to a schedule carefully designed to avoid peak times at each natural wonder.
What to Expect

Your tour begins with mid-morning pickup. Board a climate-controlled minivan destined for the Golden Circle route.

Over the course of the morning, stop at Gulfoss Waterfall, the Geysir Geyser, and Thingvellir National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, where the North American and Eurasian tectonic plates collide.

After a visit to the geothermal fields of Haukadalur, where you can stand up close to the erupting geyser of Strokkur, spend free time soaking in the thermal pools of the Secret Lagoon hot springs.

Your tour concludes with drop-off at your Reykjavik hotel.

Great guide!

Stefan @ Gateway to Iceland was excellent and really heightened the trip. The right amount of information and stops - some impromptu and off itinerary which was a real value add for of all passengers.

Great group tour - not too many people and some great stories!

We had a great tine on the Golden Circle Tour. There were only 9 of us and so mini-bus was not too full. Andres was very knowledgeable and also managed to sneak in a few 'secret' and 'extra' aspects on the tour! - This tour...More

Stephan took us for this trip - and just as this company promises, their guides are fantastic. Stephan was incredibly knowledgeable, reciting a plethora of information whilst travelling from one destination to the next. It made what could have been a very long day on...More

Great tour and brilliant guide

Had a wonderful day. Didn't stop too long or short at any of the sights. The secret lagoon was so relaxing! The tour wouldn't have been as interesting without our guide Stefan. I could've listened to him all day.

Thank Susan H

Hae Susan, Maybe we should ask Stefan to start his own podcast on Iceland? That way everyone will be able to listen to him whenever they'd want to. A million dollar idea right there. Best regards
