A great day out!
Firstly I’d like to thank Sam (I believe his name), our bus driver who was excellent! This tour started early in the morning and lasted a full day (roughly 9hrs). We made our way through Copenhagen and up the east coast, taking in small towns and villages as we went. The commentary through headphones was informative and very good. We arrived at Elsinore to explore Kronborg Castle, which was very nice! We had 1hr and 30mins here which felt a bit long considering there wasn’t much to do plus the castle didn’t take long to explore. After this we headed for the ferry and 20 minutes later we had arrived in Helsingborg, Sweden. From there we didn’t have to go through passport control and headed straight for Lund. Lund was an interesting and unique town, with very little for tourists to do however. We were given, again, 1hr and 30mins which was far to long. I would have preferred to have stayed longer in Malmö (we only got 1 hour). After Lund and Malmö we went and viewed the Øresund Bridge before heading back to Copenhagen. We were all dropped of at our accommodation.

This trip was fun, unique and a great way to explore both Denmark and Sweden. I came to Copenhagen with the intention of visiting Sweden (as it’s so close) so was happy to visit. I would recommend this tour to travellers as it is interesting and informative. Visiting Lund is not a touristy place but was still nice to have visited and to have said we visited.

Whistle stop tour
Jan 2020 • Couples
The tour was as advertised. The bus was spotlessly clean, our driver George was pleasant and efficient and the recorded commentary was fine. Our main reason for the trip was to photograph and cross the Øresund bridge. We did not go there before leaving for the castle so no photo opportunity. Not enough time to join any of the tours in the castle. Only enough time for a quick snack in Lund and everything of interest was closing by the time we got to Malmø. With hindsight we should have gone over the bridge by train and spent the day in Malmø doing our own thing. The tour description was accurate, it just wasn’t right for us.

The best way to visit Malmo and Lund while you are in Copenhagen more than 3-4 days
Nov 2019
The tour of 2 countries in one day (with George, of course, a Romanian emigrant) is worth the money. The excursion is a kind of concentrate where you can see Hamlet's castle, (like Bran is Dracula's castle), see 2 cities from different countries, Helsingor and Helsinborg in an old rivalry between the Danes and the Swedes, you arrive in Sweden and see Malmo and Lund. I liked the route on the seafront, everything from buildings to green spaces, it seems just out of the box. Then, in just 20 minutes, take the ferry to Sweden. Lund is a university town, half of the population being students, Malmo has only two or three attractions that can be seen in the chase, the old center, the train station, the twisted tower and the panorama of the bridge linking the two countries. But you have the opportunity to notice differences between two neighboring countries, to get some air from Sweden. In Sweden, things seem to be less settled, perhaps more time-worn. Impressive is that at 6 pm the bridge was full of white lights from car headlights, a sign that there was heavy traffic from Copenhagen to Malmo and not the other way around. In Malmo life is cheaper, in Copenhagen higher wages, so people came home from work. Migrations and migrations!

Well organized way to see a lot
Aug 2019
We did this day trip on a recent visit to Copenhagen. At first, I was worried as two buses pulled up at the hotel, but once the buses filled up, we did not stay together (and therefore swarm every stop with loads of people). Our driver gave us good information about the plan of the day and how to handle each stop as we went along. The narration on the trip was good as well, although it was also nice sometimes to just watch the lovely landscape unfold. We had a nice trip up the coast and a good amount of time in Helsingoer. The ferry to Sweden was quite fast and then we drive to Lund. We also had just enough time in Lund to see the astronomical clock and cathedral, plus we ate lunch and shopped a bit. On to Malmo, where at first it seemed like we wouldn't have enough time, but there wasn't as much to see (it appeared). We stopped in at a one of the restaurants on a nearby square, had a local beer, and watched all the denizens enjoy the sunny day, running into friends, having a laugh, enjoying summer. On the way back we stopped to look at the approaches to the bridge and then rode over Oresund to get back to town. It was a long day but not tiring as there was a lot of bus time. I really enjoyed getting to see so many diverse places and the weather made it great. The hotel is easy to get to from the central station and everything ran like clockwork. Well worth it.

We are glad that you had a good day out and enjoyed the beautiful coast road. Malmø is more modern that ancient Helsingør and Lund, but, as you saw, is full of life!

A little bit of everything
Don't be discouraged that the tour does not pick up from your hotel. It's very easy to get to the meeting point. Just steps from the Central Station. Crispin and Mario were excellent tour guides. From Copenhagen we drove through the city and the coastal burrows of Copenhagen to Helsingor where the Kronborg Castle sits. We have already been to the Castle already and we were glad our guidew were prepared with alternate self guided walking tour map for us. We really enjoyed the town and the shopping district. We then boarded a ferry to Helsingborg in Sweden. All of our stops were very catered to our small little group. We really enjoyed our time.

Action packed day
This day trip is exceptional. I really wanted to visit the Kronborg Castle and the Øresund Bridge, and we get to visit 2 small towns in Sweden as well!

My only complaint is that the time spent in Lund was a bit too long since it’s basically a one street town, and I would have preferred more time in Malmo, as it is a bit bigger and livelier than Lund. We arrived the day before the Malmo Festival so it was quite busy.

The bus was very comfortable and the guide was very efficient.
The ferry across from Kronborg to Sweden was very quick, and provided a wonderful view of the castle from the ocean.

Access to Malmø around festival time is more difficult than normal, as we can't park in Stortorget. Thank you for your comments. We will give more time in Malmø during festival time, as we can't park the bus right in the centre of the city.

Sweden for half a day

Trip is a good opportunity to visit Sweden for one afternoon. Nothing special to see, but you can feel the atmosphere of city centers of both Lund and Malmo . The guide was giving us a lot of information while moving from one place to another, but exploring the locations is on your own.

Thank you for your review. We know that many people like to spend time on their own in Lund and Malmö to get the touch of the atmosphere in these very different cities.
