The hop on, hop off bus was great. An easy way to explore athens and get a good feel for what's around the city. We lost a cell phone and were very happy that the company found it and returned it to us. That was such a relief. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

We took the bus from Piraeus port, it took ages to pay via card machine so we paid cash eventually and the poor lady taking payments clearly hated her machine. Then when we arrived back at the acropolis to catch our bus back to the port it was chaos. The 3 young ladies in charge were stressed and gave everyone different information about which bus to catch. We joined a coach going to Piraeus only to find it was actually going back into Athens so the lady has sent a full bus to the wrong destination. We jumped off a took a taxi which cost 35 euros and took about 15 minutes. I would not recommend

A great way to see the city and pick what to do. WiFi didn't work on all the buses and the audio wasn't great. Really enjoyed heading to the beach on the bus.

The bus was supposed to pick up every 15 minutes and it was always 15 minutes late. It did take us to the important parts of the city as advertised so that was good.

Really enjoyable and informative day managed by a wonderful guide (Michaela) The only slight disappointment was the VR guide (which is loaded on a phone provided) but kept jumping around and needed regular resetting. Otherwise a highly recommend tour

There are at least 3 hop on hop off buses operating in Athens. This Blue Bus seems to be of the lowest quality and reliability. Seems like a bare bones operation with fairly uninteresting commentary. USE ANOTHER COMPANY

We took this tour and was great getting on but a disaster while in Athens Waiting for Buses that were to come every 15 minutes waited over half an hour. Transfer point was unorganized and terrible. Ended up buying a ticket for the Bib Bus and it was Fantastic and Organized. wish i would have purchased for them first.

We booked the tour the night before, and were really looking forward to it! We also prepaid for the entrance fees for a couple of the attractions. Total was almost 190cdn. The following morning we showed up at 8:02, plenty of time for our 8:20 pickup. After waiting at the correct stop until almost 8:30, we were unsure if the tour had been cancelled, or the bus missed our stop. The message we got from Viator the night before gave us the phone number of the bus company. We wanted to see whether the tour had been cancelled, or somehow the bus driver missed us, and we could take a taxi and catch up. We called at 8:30. Rang for a minute and a half. No one answered the phone. What tour puts in a phone number that will not be answered? We called a few minutes later, and again,no reply. We also tried to email them,to see if the tour was still on, and could we catch up. Again, no response. It has been almost a week now, and still waiting for a call… Why did the bus not call us if they could not see us?They had all our information. They then said we are going to charge us for the whole trip including the entrance fees! What service did they supply to us in return for our money? We wasted over an hour waiting for them on our one day in Athens, then to top it off, they charged us the full amount, including admission fees! We were twice disappointed, first the tour passing us by, and second, getting charged for a service we did not receive. I asked for a refund, and the company said they would not refund a single penny. All profit for them, including the admission tickets. We feel we’re mistreated and ignored. Unfortunately we have left Athens, and do not know if we will ever return. I am sorry we ever booked with these people.

The views were amazing. Had a great time. Eva was very accomodating and explained well about the monastry and the surroundings. Both drivers were very good drove safely and comfortably. Highly recommend.

Tour was magical! Kostas was very informative and even recommended a wonderful Taverna after the tour which was local and authentic as they come. Highly recommended.

I was at the Melina Mercouri monument from 4:16 for the 4:30pm pick up. I was in communication with the company through their WhatsApp number to let them I know I was there, shared what color top I was wearing, and asked for the color of the tour bus. By 5:01pm, the person on the WhatsApp number said the bus left, they had been calling my name and said I wasn’t there which is a lie. They refuse to issue me a refund although I said I have other tours booked for the rest of my time in Athens. Please do not book this company, there’s way too much dishonesty all because they don’t want to refund $32, not cool. With such an awful experience from the dishonest person, I’m happy I didn’t make the tour, such awful people should not be rewarded. I have filed a claim through my bank, so happy I have the WhatsApp receipts.

The excursion completely delivered my expectation based on what it offered in its description. The company offered 4 pick-up points which was great and they checked with me a day where I wanted to be picked. The coach was comfortable and air-conditioned and the driver excellent. There was a tour leader who was not a licensed guide, but this is something that the description of the tour said. The tour leader was very helpful and kind and gave prompt and up to the point information considering the excursion and also gave general information about the sites that we were visiting and also those that we were driving by. We were given a mobile phone with thorough description of the sites we were visiting including recreation of how they looked like originally. In Nafplio we could also board for free a tourist train or an open-deck tourist bus that took us around the town with an audio explanation in Greek and English on what we were seeing along the way. We had enough time for the sightseeing at every place that we visited. We left Athens around 8.30 am and returned around 7pm. So really a full day for a good price. However, if you expect a thorough guiding of the sites that are being visited, then you should book a different excursion. This is really a value for money excursion.

Very well organised before and during. Lovely staff esp Irene and a marvelous chance to enjoy the glory of the Pelopenese.

There was absolute chaos at the acropolis getting the bus back to the cruise port, staff telling people to wait in a certain place then a bus turning up and people scrambling for the bus. 3 buses came and went whilst still waiting !! just a little organisation from staff was all it needed form an orderly cue at the curb side !

The tour consisted of earphones and explanations of random things on the bus journey. The explanations were in fairly poor English and difficult to follow. There was no guide for the temple which was heaving and rough underfoot. The bus journey back was very long and tedious. For 4 of us it probably would have been cheaper to take a cab (or a least more pleasant). Saying that communication for the meeting point etc. was good.
