We booked this tour a week before our trip to Italy after some changes in our itinerary gave us an extra day in Florence. Prior to the tour, we received an email that the museum workers were going to strike on the day we were supposed to tour. We had tours and travel already

Once I caught up with the group, wrong address, it was perfect. There were 3 of us and our guide Caterina was very well spoken and knowledgeable. It would of been better if we could of stayed in the museum ourselves before exiting. There was so much to see. I don’t know if

Not happy. Booked this tour 6 months prior and was cancelled the day before and did not reply to our concerned email. Luckily we found another company at the last minute The cancelled tour offered a credit on my PayPal within 5 days which we have not received as yet!

Dear Yackan thanks for taking the time to give us your feedback. As we explained to you in our messages, we were forced to cancel the tour due to an unplanned staff strike at the museum, which we are sure you understand was something totally beyond our control. We are really sorry about the cancelation, we do understand this may have disrupted your stay in Florence, but we did everything we could to solve the matter, including offering alternative dates or switching to other tours. Regarding your refund, unfortunately that is something that has to go through Tripadvisor, since it is the website where you booked your tour, therefore we suggest you write to them about this. We remain at your disposal for any further clarification, and we hope to see you again in Florence and on our tours!
