BE CAREFUL - SCAM : the company has filed for bankruptcy and takes advantage of the situation to draw on the guarantees deposited by customers (via the bank imprint) several weeks or months later. False rentals are also charged. Collective legal proceedings underway. There are many of us in this situation!

SCAM ALERT! Don't give a deposit to rent a bike. The team will come back with fake damage report and withheld your damage. I will be sharing pics to proof my point. I'm being mentally harassed by their team. I just regret renting bike from them. The customer support team is very slow to respond. These guys try to scam tourists and should be banned. I have been given a fake bill of €1000 Euros. Please don't rent a bike from here. It's pathetic service. Do check the evidence I have shared to proof my point. Note: I have attached inspection report by Bikeloc at time of return and it clearly shows no damages or sign of accident.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE (I am investigating with my lawyer). Once back in my country I received a traffic ticket notification from this agency via email during my stay in Paris and automatically withdrew €600 from my card. I checked the official website of ANTAI (Agence nationale de traitement automatisé des infractions / National agency for the automated processing of offenses) and there is no file with the fine number provided by Bikeloc. I asked for more information about the fine and since then Bikeloc has disappeared, they have not replied to more than 10 emails from me in the last month and on the phone they close the conversation without providing any information. I have called ANTAI (Agence nationale de traitement automatisé des infractions) and they keep telling me that there are no files open with the fine number provided by Bikeloc and that I have to ask Bikeloc for explanations. Obviously Bikeloc doesn't answer. I am investigating with my lawyer.

The guys were extremely helpful and kind. Bikes are in excellent conditions. The bikes are great.

This operator is horrible don't book with them they charge $1500 euros deposit to rent their motorcycle and they are not clear about it, their motorcycle and scooters are all crap! And they don't refund ! Do not book

I have rented from Bikeloc several times on my recent trips to Paris. They are a joy to work with. Entire team is super helpful and friendly and their scooters/bikes are in great condition. Paris is actually a very easy city to get around in on a scooter/bike. Their prices are very reasonable as well.

I have experienced it as a very nice service. The material is in good condition and good handling. No surprises and clear communication. One small downside is that the employees in do not speak English Bert well. On the other hand, they do their best to make themselves understood.
