    A WOW experience
Very romantic cruise down the Seine with tuxedo clad waiters, free flowing wine, live music, and delicious food. The boat is right across from the musee de Orsay. They time the cruise to pass by the Eiffel Tower right at ten pm when they light it up with twinkling lights

not helpful about resolving an issue
Will never go on another tour with this company again. They are not helpful and will not understand nor care about different circumstances. I booked a tour for two people and called the night before on the phone # they provided, did not get an answer. As soon as I arrived I informed them that the second person was not able to arrive in Paris in time for the tour as their flight was cancelled. I asked for a refund for one of the 2 bookings or to apply that towards another booking. Later on the guide, told me I could apply a 50% discount towards a future booking, but was not able to answer my questions on how do I go about getting the discount and what do I reference. He tried, but did not know and didn't have the info for me. There was no one available to help with applying this 50% discount. I emailed them when I got home and then they acted like they did me a favor by offering it and said it expired after a couple of days. Not helpful at all and are complete crooks for not giving me a refund or letting me apply a discount towards a future trip. they claimed they offered that to me, but again I did not get an answer on how to apply this and when I reached out to management was just told it expired and can't be used for any future travel. do not book with these crooks, go on your own or find another tour company that is more flexible and helpful

    Great Time!
Our guide Maria was fantastic. We actually missed our time because of traffic and they were very accommodating in allowing us to attend the next tour if there was room. We didn't have to wait in any lines and were walked through the museum. The Louvre is huge so it was nice to have someone guiding us. Would highly recommend if you don't like standing in line and are okay with someone walking you through the museum.

Nice tour but not as advertised.
We booked the tour and the instructions on where to meet were precise and easy to follow. The process of getting into the Louvre was efficient. Fabio our guide was informative and gave us good information on the art that we were viewing. The BIG downside was the tour was advertised as a two and a half hour guided tour and it only last an hour and a half.

    Overpriced
I think this event is overpriced. It was a lively colorful show with a very cheap glass of champagne but I don’t believe when you do the exchange when you don’t live in France is way too high for just an evening show. We did get a bus tour prior to the show but those are not very expensive to do and a boat tour the next day as well which once again is not very expensive. So to pay over $550 Canadian for an evening is definitely not worth it in my opinion.

    Too expensive
Grate, but expensive place to go, not normal place for people to visit or go out for having fun, if you got big pocket then place for you, not for me

    Louvre Museum
Museum is so massive and it is good to have a guide who can navigate to main halls. This guide does not include any museum guide but navigates you around various rooms. It was easy and smooth to enter without long lines.

    Unorganized and uninformed guide
The bus arrived 10-15 minutes late to pick us up and it was disorganized from the start. The bus is fine. Our tour guide (middle aged man, red coat) was not great. He did not provide any new information. Example: points to painting of Napoleon—“That there is Napoleon!” Nothing else. That is the “guided” tour. Other tour guides seemed to be more knowledgeable and provided more context, so I sometimes took my listening earbud out. It would have been cheaper just to organize our own ride and use the audio guide Versailles provides through an app. The bus that picked us up was also 30 minutes late and we had to cancel dinner reservations because of this. Two stars because the bus was nice and meeting point was clear, but altogether not worth the price.

    Don't get suckered!
Wow what a horrible experience! Treated like pariahs, seated next to bathroom, waiter barely came to table, served hunks of paté with no bread or crackers to eat it with. Smelly fish (I love a good oily "fishy" fish; this was not that. This was fish not kept fresh before cooking, either old or left out too long). They presented a check for the full amount even though we paid in advance. Maybe they just didn't like our look, who knows, but baffled and embarrassed by this horrific torture. We can have fun anywhere and did our best, but this was just plain bad.

    Excellent
This attraction is so unbelievable, a real must see, I would reccommend a guide though as it is so vast. I wouild focus on a couple of areas of interest as there is too much to see in one day

What an amazing, but also thought provoking, visit. Such a lot to see and make you think. Quite a bit of walking involved.

I am always a little wary of these tour companies as several oversell their value but this was perfect in so many ways. the meeting point is across from the Louvre and an easy stroll (5 minutes). The check in process was simple and quick. The audio recievers are very handy and needed. Our guide on our tour (Caroline) was Superb. I know it is their Job to know everything about the attraction but this guide was next level. The things She knew about the various displays and the histroy and detail She freely dove into officially blew my mind. I am no art lover per say but this Museum is quite easily the most beautiful experience I have had in anything relating to art. The works are amazing and the stories behind each piece are worth hearing. Our guide mentioned you would need a couole months to see all of it and at first I thought She was kidding but by the end of our tour (3 hours) I felt we hadn't even scratched the surface. leave yourself plenty of time after the tour if you can and try to get the first tour 9.30am as it teaches you a lot and sets you up to revisit or explore afterward. I am very convinced you will love this tour.

Labeling this a “tour” and “skip the line” of the Louvre is misleading. The cost was over $50 more per person than simply purchasing your tickets online. The guide walked us quickly (as in almost lost part of the group) through where everyone was checking in (no skip the line here) to where we waited in another line to see the Mona Lisa. This was the extent of the “tour” she didn’t describe anything about the museum and was in a rush to leave us after the 10 minutes she was with us. Also..and MOST IMPORTANT! You were NOT allowed to exit the museum and come back in. You never received a physical ticket. There were very few dining options in the museum proper, so this limited our lunch options.

Went to the office location listed on our tickets and it was empty. This is a scam. The Louve is aware but doesn’t honor tickets from 3rd party sellers. Those wishing to visit post COVID should buy their tickets on site.

It was a great package with great flexibility. We walked right into the museum without waiting in line. The cruise was open until 10:00 pm and the tickets were flexible on which day you went. There was a long line for the cruise and we waited almost an hour. I would recommend this package

On the first day it was impossible to enter without reservation. The reservation was necessary almost everywhere at museums. At Orsay we aspected 2 hours in the rain. At Saint Chapel same thing. So I reserved for Fontainebleau by internet. Excellent museum and very good day, but the reservation was not useful, almost nobody was there. For the Louvre, after few days I made a reservation on internet. It was very necessary. I must confess I have seen this museum in 30 years at least 20 times. Any time I have discovered new things, the Louvre museum is the best in the world.

Thought we were going to skip the Mona Lisa line and wasn’t clear with what was happening. We were just brought to the area where the painting is and that was unclear. We also went on a bad day and there were so many people it was uncomfortable and impossible to enjoy the experience. Waste of money.

I’m so glad my ticket included this “fast pass” to get to the entrance. It saved a huge amount of time not having to wait in the huge general entrance line. I highly recommend getting the skip the line pass!

We hope that you enjoyed your visit of the Louvre museum. Thank you for trusting us. We hope to see you soon on one of our tours. Best regards, Thalia

We loved the architecture and the gardens. We spent about six hours inside The Louvre and still didn't see everything. It was a fantastic experience and very thought provoking.
The food was also of a very high quality. All the staff were very helpful.
We found it quite tricky to navigate the map.
Although we didn't do it, a guided tour would be recommended.

We also enjoyed our cruise on the Seine later that evening. It was very relaxing and a great way to see some of the landmarks from a different perspective.

We visited on the last Monday of June, at 2pm. There was absolutely no time saved. This is a racket!

First, you have to go to the Paris City Vision office, line up and get your audio tour. The line was about 10 mins long, plus a 5 min walk to Louvre. So 15 mins right here. At the offoce They, also give you tickets for the Louvre (15 Euros per adult, free for children). Second, you line up at the security entrance with the rest of the crowd. There is no time saved here. Plus the security guard asked us where we got our tickets and told us "tsk, tsk, DO NOT buy tickets from outside!". After security, then you proceed to the entrance. Luckily our tickets scanned just fine at the entrance.

If we didn't buy this, we would have gone straight to the museum saving ourselves 15 mins from the queue time at the ParisCityVision office and the walk from office to Louvre. Also we would have saved at least 60 Euros since we had 2 kids in our party and kids enter the museum for free.

One star for easy to use audio tour.

PS. I purchased this tour from viator, which then subcontracted the work to ParisCityVision
