Northern Ireland Highlights Day Trip Including Giant's Causeway from Dublin
From US$93.78
Visit Belfast’s Falls and Shankill neighborhoods, see the UNESCO-listed Giant’s Causeway, sign the Peace Wall, and walk the Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge all in one day. This tour saves you time and money, as it includes round-trip transport from Dublin and all entrance fees, so you can conveniently explore without dealing with long lines. Plus, this tour comes highly recommended by one of our own TripAdvisor employees.
What to Expect
Your tour starts with pickup from Dublin in a comfortable, Wi-Fi–equipped coach bus. On the way to Belfast, you’ll stop at a rest area for breakfast, drinks, or snacks (at your own expense). It’s a long day, so it’s recommended you grab something to eat.

At Belfast, your guide will point you to a black cab for a tour led by someone who grew up there during the Northern Ireland Conflict. Visit the Falls and Shankill neighborhoods, hearing first-hand accounts of the battles between the Catholics and the Protestants. You’ll see the Peace Wall, where you can sign your own name.

Afterward, you’ll ride on the bus to the Giant’s Causeway, with a chance to buy lunch (own expense) before walking down the hill to the UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Lastly, walk across the Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge over the ocean before making the return drive back to Dublin.

Totally worth it!

The trip North was long, but worth it. The Wild Rover crew was organized, informative and entertaining. The side excursions in the North were also excellent. As a solo traveler I felt well looked after.

Giant's Causeway was insane!!!!! Most definitely a must see for all.

The tour guides were very knowledgeable about the subject matter: all the places that we stopped at and just Ireland in general. They made everything fun, even though it was 'soft weather', the bus driver's term for light rain, during the whole course of the...More

Yes, I would suggest to take the titanic part, not the political taxi ride, was heartbreaker to hear and see first hand what those folks went thru and still are.
