Highlights
  • Combine the sights of the Scottish Highlands in a single tour from Edinburgh
  • Eliminate the need for renting a car with round-trip transportation
  • Focus on scenery and guide commentary while someone else drives
  • Opt to take a cruise on Loch Ness at an additional cost
What to Expect
Meet your guide and group in central Edinburgh to board your vehicle bound for Inverness. Enjoy the fact that you don't have to puzzle over logistics or traffic. Pass the Forth Railway Bridge, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and stop in Pitlochry for a snack (own expense). Drive through Cairngorms National Park, where you can focus on taking in the views while your guide narrates information about the landscape. At Loch Ness, spend some free time exploring and eat lunch (own expense). Cruises on the loch are available at additional cost. Move on to Glen Coe, a landscape composed of waterfalls, rivers, ridges, and mountain peaks. Your guide fills you in on the ancient MacDonald clan that resided here before turning back toward Edinburgh. Pass Stirling Castle, pausing for photos of the royal residence, and learn about its history with William Wallace and the Battle of Stirling Bridge. Return to Edinburgh for drop-off.

Let me start by saying that my family has been traveling for the past 8 months, throughout Europe and the UK. We've taken many bus tours along the way and our Scottish Highlands tour was one of the most disappointing experiences of our travels. Minutes into the trip, the

This company alone (not counting other tour companies) filled seven buses of tourists and brought us all to the same small shops. Enjoy long queues to use the bathroom or grab some truck-stop quality food. Stops for photos at scenic points last.all of about five minutes. The

Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, we take all feedback seriously to improve our services. We run our tours on buses ranging from 16 seats upwards, depending on the demand for each tour on each particular date. Unfortunately, as you had booked your tour during the festive period our tours do tend to get much more popular meaning we are in putting more buses to try and accommodate further passengers to avoid disappointment. We're sorry you did not get everything you expected from this tour. We do have a detailed description of our itinerary on the website so I'm very sorry parts of the tour were not as expected. If you were able to tell me the date you travelled I would be able to look in to this to see why this was the case. Unfortunately, for some dates the optional extra we can provide of the boat trip was unavailable due to the festive hours of the specific boat trips we use. However, passengers affected by this would have been contacted in advance. We are always looking to improve our tours, and I will pass on the valuable feedback you have provided to ensure that we can always keep improving our customer's experience. Kind Regards, Kirsty

It was our first time in Scotland. We were so excited to go to the highlands. We notified the company that we will be a few minutes late. The adviser I spoke to was extremely rude and not accompanying on any level. Would 100% not recommend using this company.

Hello OrlyJ10, I'm sorry that you were unable to join our tour but very disappointed to read your untrue review. You called our office on the morning of your tour from Edinburgh Airport to ask for a pick-up from there, which unfortunately we could not offer you as this would delay the tour for the rest of our passengers. Our tour must depart on time at 0800am and unfortunately, you booked a flight which did not get you to Edinburgh early enough to make our tour. Kind Regards, Clare

At least we think it is. Don’t miss this opportunity to relax in the comfort of a luxury coach and see some incredibly beautiful scenery. Our timing was perfect. Everything was verdant and green. Graham was our guide and very historically informative. He even sang for us. Tom
