About the operator

- Clarabee110 contributionsMacabre family funFun, macabre and informative tour with scary haunted house style tombs tour at the end. My five year old loved it but it is very dark inside so definitely not one for sensitive kids. He loves spooky monster stuff. They also offer an “angel” service for the last tomb tour to stop the actors jumping out to scare you but it is dark and spookily themed with gross out decoration. Staff and actors are excellent. We ate in the Bavarian themed restaurant after - good food that they had discounted if you’d done the tour. Louise in the restaurant was incredibly helpful and friendly. Great experience all roundWritten March 15, 2024
- ivaneI9774DJ0 contributionsVery interessting, funny and informative. It was very interessting and you learned a lot about history. I had a blast because everybody got scared and was screaming a lot. I am gonna recomend this to all my friends.Written March 13, 2024
- 299andrews0 contributionsGood but there are better experiences.Having done similar experiences my expectation was high and whilst I did enjoy this it was not as good as similar experiences. The group was too big and so you missed a lot of the experience. Many of these experiences incorporate technology to enhance the experience and this didn’t.Written March 9, 2024
- Companion1516470 contributionsFantasticThis was a fantastic thing to do with the team I work with. A huge thanks to our manager Ben for booking. what a really good idea. The actors are really good. A little scary like Boo with a chainsaw scary 😂 you get a beer / water after and again the staff are really friendly. They also do food. We didn’t know this until we finished. They had 50% off so would have been ideal. Thanks for a really good time. I will be coming again with my Son he will love it. LisaWritten March 6, 2024

- 86saarg0 contributionsEnjoyable but wouldn't recommendEssentially, it was like Theater with an immersive Scare experience/haunted house. There was some attempt to tell a story/history but you don't really learn very much although the 3 actors were very good. Overall enjoyable but in hindsight wouldn't recommend as a top attraction, perhaps I would prefer a London tour with crime stories or suchWritten March 1, 2024
- 421jessef0 contributionsLondon Bridge Experience - must do if you’re in the area! From a quick chat with Matt to walking into the lobby, the London Bridge Experience had a great first impression. Very friendly staff including Officer Naughty who joked with nearly everyone walking in and helped build the early experience. Next, if you’re of drinking age, I highly recommend the London Bridge Bar just to the side of the lobby when you walk in. Nice full bar with great options… my wife got an Irish coffee and I had a rum and coke. Another woman we chatted with had a glass of wine. Tons of options and my rum coke was strong which helped get me in the mood for the fun ahead. Not a knock on the place but a recommendation, I’d make a small menu with 3-4 themed drinks like a Jack the Ripper cocktail. When I’m on holiday, I love those drink menus so I can be lazy. My rum and coke was amazing but I’d have gone for a recommendation with a fun name too. The themed rooms and actors were great. I especially enjoyed the bar room and the chapel. Great storytelling. The catacombs/haunted maze was wild. When the maze ends in a pub, I was fully expecting it to be more scares and I didn’t trust any of those patrons as we made our way out. Only when we were out in the street did I feel safe again. Great experience and would do it again. Thanks to the whole staff and especially Matt!Written February 29, 2024
- Wanderer557813822230 contributionsA few tweaks needed but you will leave with brown pantsWe were really looking forward to this day out having read the reviews. Got there, handed a ticket receipt once our online pre booked ticket was checked. It said £58… we prepaid £84 online - slightly miffed at the price hike. Went in and we walked into a room with loads of people and there was no one there. Walked round to a bit with lots of benches, sat for a while, no one there. Walked through a door to be called back by a man who ran off to get into costume. Very bad organisation between the team upstairs and downstairs there! Once it got going it was really good and informative but the group was too big, even one of the actors said that there was loads of people trying to squeeze in. We got to the chapel and the actress in this section was great and played her part brilliantly but my goodness, did she shout. Instead of talking loudly, she was actually shouting the loudest you could ever imagine. I am no way sensitive to noise but it was ridiculous. The tomb bit was terrifyingly brilliant. Really scary. - my husband took our 9 year old out through other exit and i’m glad he did - my 11 year old went for it and doesn’t scare easily - he pooped his pants! Not for the faint hearted but great if you like to be scared and leave with brown pants!Written February 23, 2024
- Culture617701653670 contributionsFantastic family outing.I don’t normally leave reviews but on this occasion I’ve decided too. The experience was really good. We went as a family 2A&2C. The staff were really friendly and knowledgeable. The actors were very involved and to be quite honest a real giggle. Both my boys loved it. At the end of the tour there is a scare part but you have the option to have a Guardian Angel to show you the way if you have younger members with you, which we did. Our Angle was fantastic and didn’t break her character for one second. I personally thought it was reasonable priced to start with for a family of 4 then upon payment ( I did it online the night before) it gave me an option to pay with Tesco club card point which I was really impressed with. A fantastic result to a fantastic day out. Many thanks.Written February 23, 2024
- saraa270 contributionsWorth every penny.Fab experience at the London Bridge Experience. First bit, nice bit of a build up and of course I got picked on as I always do. Second bit in the catacombs with definitely a scream. The actors inside were excellent. Worth every penny. Defo go and see.Written February 21, 2024
- TrailBlazer2817630 contributionsZombie for a day experience! My husband knows I'm still on a mission to find as many weird & wonderful experiences as I can...and this Christmas present definitely fit the bill! Not really knowing what to expect, we were first whisked off underground on the London Bridge experience - scary!!! - and after recovering from that, we were met by the incredibly accommodating Harry, who took us off to his subterranean dressing room to meet the cast! ( very cool) After our zombie make-up tutorial and costume change we had an incredible 3 course lunch in the restaurant above, and then Harry (our zombie leader) took us off to prepare us for scaring the general public 😁 A fantastic day where we got even more than we bargained for and it was worth every single penny! Harry was a superb guide and we had more fun than we've had in quite a while 😄👍👍👍Written February 18, 2024
- Lauren N0 contributionsNot the most immersiveI didn't find it as interactive or immersive as other experiences. Just a few rooms where we were walked to. The catacombs was the best bit but we were all so close together, the people in front kept shrieking at every scare and it completely gave it away.Written February 17, 2024

My boyfriend and I was on our way to visit The Tower of London, when a man in a pirate costume asked if we wanted to do the London Bridge Experience. He said that as it is his first day, we can get the tickets for £18 for two people which I thought was extremely cheap. At the ticket booth the lady charged £36. My boyfriend questioned her because we thought the tickets were on offer for £18 for two people(It did seem too cheap). She said that tickets are normally £24 each.
Once I bought the tickets, we waited in a foyer with newspaper articles, photos and information about the London Bridge. Ten minutes later we(group of about 8)were escorted into the attraction by a lady wearing a hooded robe. We were taken into a pub set in mid 1800s, then into a tent set in the roman times, then a room where heads were prepared before being placed on a stake and finally a church. It would of been better if the scenes were in chronological order.
For the second part a lady informed the group that we will now to through the tombs. She warned us that this attraction is the most scariest in the UK and we can leave if we don't want to go ahead. I kept reminding myself that it's only people dressed in a costume.
The worst part was walking through a tunnel and it was spinning and a man with chainsaw. If you are front of the line then it's going to be more scary but if you stay at the back then it's not too bad.
Overall my boyfriend and I enjoyed ourselves and the staff were very friendly but I think there needs to be some changes to make the attraction better.

We used a train ticket deal so around £14 each person.
Long long...... waiting time for the attraction. (inside the waiting area is not big enough)
The first part of the attraction was not very educational and overall average performance and sets compared to London dungeons.
The second part of the attraction, everyone had to wait in a single line and hands on shoulders. It was scary at first but too short for the tombs around 7-10 minutes.
But good thing about this is that the staff here is quite friendly and actors are good at scaring but just the building and system for waiting itself needs to be fixed

I thought that the themes and presentations about London Bridge and its history were entertaining and informative. My teenage son did not think it all scary, but the family behind us, certainly did, the young girl was very scared. The organisation of the visit was very poor. We booked our tickets with a timed entry, then waited nearly 30min just to come into the building, once in the building we had to wait an additional 15 min to be let into the attraction. When I asked why there was a delay, I was told it was due to COVID regulations, which I can understand. However, if there is a limited number of people allowed for each performance, then there is no reason to overbook. Whilst the event was good, the organisation was awful.

We visited here on Jan 26, 2020. A couple of characters (in costume) asked us if we wanted to go visit. It was included with the London Pass and we had the time so, why not. You go in a group of a bout 8 or so, through an number of scenes of 1800's London. The actors are really good and the sets are nice. You also get a bit of information. Then you are seated in a room for a bit. Then it is into the haunted maze section of the experience. Your group goes unguided through a series of twists and turns with the occasional zombie or ghoul popping out at you. We were at the head of our group and though it to be pretty humorous. Before you go they give you plenty of time to opt out of this section. If you have any medical condition, are faint of heart, claustrophobic, don't like strobe lighting effects, are a younger child or think you might not like this then opt out. Would we have done this if it was not on our London Pass? Maybe not. Our we glad we did and did we have a good time. Absolutely!

We visited on the Friday before Halloween with 4 children aged between 14-8. The first part of the tour was interesting with actors telling you about some grisly stories about London Bridge through the ages. The second part was escaping the tombs through the scare maze. It was brilliant! The actors were terrifying... especially if you were unlucky enough to find yourself at the back of the queue! We laughed & screamed our way through, it was really good fun. I always like to do something Halloweeny with the kids & this was perfect. Just enough scare factor. I think in total we were there for around an hour which was enough. I would definitely recommend this to friends. Also, the 2 guys out the front of the attraction were great, the kids loved the guillotine!

The best experience I’ve been on…start is being led into different rooms where you get entertaining stories from the past. then you go into the tombs this is when things get real, you know when you wake up the next day and your first thoughts are did that really happen you have had an experience, sensory overload, for a while you are participating in the best horror movie. People were genuinely losing it and the look of the faces of the other people in the group at the end is icing on cake.scary and funny at the same time Staff and actors were amazing and talented , couldn’t recommend more, can’t wait to go again.

Of all the attractions I have visited this one was by far the most disappointing one. After cueing in the cold for over 30 minutes I was expecting something unique, entertaining and, for that price, something above the ordinary. I could not be more mistaken!
It was nothing more than a pale imitation of the London Dangeon; the short plays should be funny but I didn't see anyone laughing!
We did learn a bit about the history of London Bridge, but at £30 per person it was an expensive lesson!
I wouldn't go back if I was given a free ticket.

We went to the attraction over halloween, the show was incredibly scary.
We didnt know what to expect when we arrived due to the whole Covid situation but the staff were friendly and really great fun.
The show lasted for aprox 45-50 minutes and we came out of it sweating.
I would really recommend experiencing this show as we all had fun and cant wait to go back to see their normal show.
Another cool feature they have trheir own Creams cafe, I loved the waffles.

Great little place for a few hours visit to the London Tombs. Didn’t know what to expect but for £22.50 per person we thought it was fair value for an afternoon out. Easily located opposite London Bridge tube, we arrived early but was allowed in straight away 👍. You are greeted by a few different dressed up actors who inform you of the history of London in the 1600s who explain the macabre goings on via a room by room experience with maybe a few surprises along the way !! . Nothing too dangerous or claustrophobic as I thought might be, so no need to panic if you are a bit wary. Around 45mins duration and afterwards there is a place for food and drink before the exit, also a few rooms which host dart board, pool table, table tennis at a slight cost. Nice touch after getting your heart pumping to chilling out in these rooms. Overall very worthwhile and interesting place to go for an experience you won’t forget in a hurry.

Went to the London Bridge Experience yesterday. Don’t usually leave reviews but when my husband commented it was the best attraction he’s experienced in London I thought I should as having read reviews I almost didn’t book. It was brilliant. My 8 year old was terrified and my 11 year old just scared enough by the first part that we didn’t do the Tombs but but my husband and 14 year old did and they found it really scary (a maze with dead ends in near darkness with terrifying characters jumping out at you). The first part that I did was great, brilliant actors, really engaging the audience. Concerns I had from reading other reviews were unfounded for me. On Saturday lunchtime we had to queue for maybe 5 minutes outside and another 5 inside, so no real queuing issues. Afterwards ate (and drank) in the attached Bierkeller. Three of us wanted desserts from Creams so the Bierkeller staff brought us those into the Bierkeller. Probably took 5 minutes from ordering to receiving our delicious desserts. It’s hard to find things to entertain a 14 going on 18 year old and an 8 and 11 year old, but this absolutely nailed it. Highly recommended (but don’t take those of a nervous disposition into the Tombs bit, it’s genuinely scary). You can do the Guardian Angel option so it’s less scary but my two younger ones were scared enough before the Tombs so we didn’t.
