Everyone else hit the tour time on the nose-keep in mind it depends on how big (and slow) your group is, or how many questions you want to ask your guide. Keep in mind, though, that the tour does not return to the start point in a loop. You take a short tube trip and end a little ways away so research how to get from the nearest tube station to Heathrow beforehand.
I'm not sure what the "morning" tour is, but remember to research the Tour for Muggles.....that's the walking tour. 2-2.5 hours, it isn't a loop so it ends away from the starting point, you do take a short Tube ride as well... More
