Stonehenge and Bath Bargain
Stonehenge and Bath budget day trip with entrance to Stonehenge only and luxury travel included. Tour guide included as well as visit to the City of Bath
Stonehenge and Bath are two of the UK’s top sights, but difficult to visit in a day from London without careful time- and route-planning. This tour frees you from both, whisking you to the UNESCO-protected sites with ease, with time to explore them independently. Your package incorporates Stonehenge stone circle and visitor center admission, a panoramic Bath tour, and an upgrade to include entry to the city’s Roman baths.
What to Expect
Depart central London by coach and head for UNESCO-listed Stonehenge. The purpose of this 4,500-year-old stone circle remains a mystery, although it’s believed to have been constructed as an ancient ceremonial site.

Enjoy fast-track entry and an audio-guided tour (multiple languages available) around the circle’s perimeter. Learn about its history and build a picture of those who built it at the visitor center and recreated Neolithic-era village.

Next, visit Bath, an historical city founded on natural hot springs. After a short panoramic coach tour, explore independently or head to the Roman baths (if option selected), built in 70 AD. Then, choose from the many restaurants for lunch at your own expense.

After a brief stint of shopping, return to London by coach where your tour finishes at the starting point.

Just what we needed

Two places is just right for a day trip. There was just enough time to look around Stonehenge and visit the gift shop. In Bath we were able to tour the Roman baths and squeeze in a few other local sites suggested by our tour...More

It was a long day but well worth it. We were advised at the start re being on time etc, a couple found out the hard way by testing that theory toward the end and had to find their own way home from Bath but...More

Great tour, depending on what you want out of it

We selected this tour as it seemed a good value compared to half day tours of Stonehenge. The guide was great (Emma), but if we had it to do over, we'd probably skip Bath and do a longer visit at Stonehenge as it was very...More

About 1 and a half hours at Stonehenge which allows you to see the stones and some of the exhibition and about 2-3 hours in Bath. It is a bit rushed but gives you an idea about the places.
