Hi Carol L, Thank you for the review. The original pick up time was scheduled for 8:35am, and we moved it up to 8:10am as our Niagara Falls tours depart at 9:00am. We are sorry to see that you never got the voicemail that was left on your room phone the day before at 7:36pm, as logged on the phone. We understand sometimes our guests don't know they are left a voicemail in the room. As means of back up we also sent you an email and left a message with the front desk. I am also sorry, however I do not see a record of any text messages being sent. I will follow up with the agent to see what number we would have texted. Sometimes, our clients travel from other countries and do not receive the text messages from the phone carrier until they arrive back home, which is why we use 3-4 alternative methods. Thank you
