This was a great way to see Niagara. Our guide picked us up at our hotel in Toronto, so we were able to chat with her on the 90 minute trip to Niagara. There we picked up one other family (six total passengers in the van), and we hit the three main spots to see the Falls. They had the tickets ready to go, so we avoided most (but not all) lines at each of the busy attractions. Our guides also did a small driving tour to show us other parts of Niagara -- if you're staying in town, that's probably a great way to plan other activities. The tour is about four hours, but for us it was about seven hours door to door because Toronto traffic is terrible. I'd recommend going as early in the morning as you can, and I'd recommend a weekday if that works with your schedule, just because the lines for the main attractions can get crowded. If you really just want to see the falls and you're not trying to do all the other activities (wine, kids stuff, etc), this is a perfect tour.

Nice to be in a small group and we got on well. The guide was chatty and friendly. We discussed many things on our trip to and from the Falls, as well as talking about specific things to do with the Falls.
The weather was terrible but didn’t affect the trip too much, although it meant we couldn’t really go outside at the top of the Skylon Tower.
The Journey Behind the Falls was my highlight.

Niagra Falls tour was a great experience! First, we traveled in from Toronto and our guide Bjorn provided friendly conversation for our journey. When We arrived in Niagara, we were greeted by our tour guide Martina. She Guided us to the national park where we were able to see the waterfall from the top, sides and behind the waterfall in the tunnels.

We then travel to the Skylon tower, where we were treated with a city wide view including the Horseshoe Falls, American Falls and Bridal Falls.

Finally on our way to the Hornblower boats we briefly visited some beautiful stops along the rapids and whirlpools.

Horn blower boats were very fun. I recommend the front right on the bottom of the boat for best viewing/biggest splash.

I went on a trip with my sister and several times I had wished the rest of my family was along to see it as well.

Our tour guide Nic was very knowledgeable. He took us all around Niagara. There was never a moment we were confused or lost. This tour is definitely worth it we got to do all the amazing things without worrying about driving or getting there on time. Nic made sure to stick to the schedule and we still had time for pictures and the gift shops. Would recommend to anyone.

This was the perfect day trip. Cam, our tour guide was new, but friendly and terrific. We loved the small group, door to door service, and not having to wait in line. The falls themselves did not disappoint. The Skylon Tower view was amazing, the tunnels behind the falls were quick but fun and the Hornblower boat tour was incredible. We feel like we got the full Niagara experience. Highly recommend and worth the money.

Niagara trip. Wanted to avoid a big bus. Was able to get to know the other trip attendees who were very lovely and made the trip more fun. If you do the trip behind the falls, do not go to the end of the tunnel. The second left turn is the same as the end the tunnel.. a sheet of loud water. The best place the observation deck.. the first left.

Mychael was very knowledgeable and a great guide.

Deciding which tour to take to Niagara from Toronto can be a headache because (1) there are so many different service providers, and (2) the day tour prices varies quite considerably from CAD120 up to CAD250+. We went with the high-end and had a great time on this tour with our guide Hassan.

Each tour is only supposed to have maximum 7 people and on our tour there was just us and another couple form the same hotel so it was a comfortable ride throughout. The 7am hotel pickup may seem early (and indeed we missed our hotel breakfast) but it means we were among the first to go up to Skylon Tower and basically had the whole place to ourselves to enjoy the aerial views of the Falls (see photos). And while there was a line to get on the Hornblower cruise it moved quickly and we noticed how the lines get very long as we got off the boat. The Niagara Falls is indeed a sight to behold and Hassan was the consummate professional who took care of us throughout the tour. We got back to the hotel at around 4:30 quite exhausted but had an amazing day at the Falls.

Overall, I highly recommend this tour if you want a personalized trip that minimizes waiting time.

Since were were staying in Toronto and so close to Niagara Falls we didnt want miss the chance to visit this spectacular natural water fall . The Canadian side is the best side. We booked through SeeSight after we had a great half day city tour with them a few days prior. They picked us up from the hotel at just before 7am . The hotel arranged a picnic breakfast for us as the local coffee shop was not open before we left . Go early to beat the traffic. Niagara is ~2 hours from Toronto . The falls are incredible to look at and hear . So much water moving so fast. The vaults visit was ok, but to get the full experience you HAVE to take the boat ride . You will GET WET. My advice if you are not too fashion conscious but want to try and keep your hair dry is to take your hotel shower cap (not pretty but wo cares ? Take it off for pics!). Also , while you will get a poncho to wear , it only has half sleeves so unless its a hot day and you can dry off quickly, i would take a waterproof jacket to wear under the poncho. It’s was a breathtaking experience and i am very glad we made time to go. SeeSight driver guide Kaleb was fabulous . He kept us on track and with a running commentary of interesting information.

Pick-up from our downtown Toronto hotel, the drive to Niagara takes about 1.5 hours. Our guide Hassan was very friendly and shared good conversation on the drive to the falls. Picking up five others along the way, our group was maxed out the van at seven, which was a nice size.

The great aspect of this tour is being able to see Niagara Falls from different perspectives: Skylon Tower gives a great bird's eye view, the tunnels a look behind the falls, and the Hornblower Cruise was awesome, boating right up into the horseshoe falls. The American side of Niagara Falls is also right there. It was fun to see all the tourists in blue ponchos versus us Canadian tourists in red.

We did a bit of driving around the Niagara Falls area as well with Hassan giving us bits of history and trivia facts. Overall, our tour experience with See Sight Tours was pleasant. It was a beautiful day, and we had enough time to take in the gorgeous falls. It did feel like at times that our guide Hassan was more of a guided driver, just dropping us off at the three locations rather than joining us. But I also appreciated the freedom to roam and take pictures on our own, and it was amazing not to have to worry about any logistics.

After seeing everything and eating lunch in the “theme park” area of Niagara, Hassan drove us back to Toronto, dropping us back off at our downtown hotel. We started the day at 7:00AM and got back roughly around 4:30-5:00PM. Traffic plays a big role in the driving time. Thank you so much, Hassan! We had a great time seeing Niagara Falls!
