    Medieval Times Dinner & Tournament
Stop: 2 hours - Admission included
Witness an amazing show that presents a rousing live jousting tournament and classic sword fights. Marvel at awe-inspiring horsemanship and falconry. Seated in the castle’s climate controlled Grand Ceremonial Arena, where after receiving colored crowns, you'll cheer for one of six knights (donning matching colored tunics) who chivalrously vie for the honor of Queen’s Champion. With so much excitement, you’ll build up an appetite. The castle’s serfs and wenches will serve a delicious “hands-on” medieval-style four-course meal that includes garlic bread, tomato bisque soup, oven roasted chicken, herb-basted potato, corn cobbette, pastry of the castle, coffee and non-alcoholic beverages. There are also delectable vegetarian, Halal and Kosher options. A full-service bar is also available for adult guests. -------------------- ITINERARY -------------------- Sample Menu • Garlic bread • Tomato bisque soup • Roasted chicken • Herb-basted potato • Pastry Vegetarian, Kosher and Halal options are available. Please advise at time of reconfirmation

I applaud this company's decision to close for a period of time given the situation as it attempts to be socially conscious. Important to me, unlike other events, I was given a prompt refund, unlike events scheduled through ticketmaster (sorry, not refunding because classifying

Pros: The show was great. The horses were gorgeous and the games were highly entertaining to watch. The wait staff was attentive and very friendly. Hats off to them as much of the meal was served in the virtual dark. Not a drop of drink was spilled, no food missed the plate.

I enjoyed myself , the only thing i wish they can do better is to serve the food all together versus bringing the food out 1 by 1... other than that its a fun experience.

Let me start this review with an acknowledgement that the actual show was fantastic. However, the Medieval Times organization was chaotic and, even after they admitted that they had not provided most of what we had paid for, including the ability to sit together as a family,

Response from CastleWench, Public Relations Manager at Medieval Times Dinner and Tournament Toronto
Responded 10 Mar 2020
Dear John - our Service Manager responded quickly to the seating issue when you arrived and provided an alternative table option for your party that you declined. You chose to sit by yourself removed from the rest of your party. Our manager checked in on your family during the show and they graciously assured him that they were enjoying the experience. He also checked in with you at your table and offered to speak to you after the show. He positioned himself at both the arena and main exit as he does for every show to capture feedback and thank guests for their patronage. We are sorry you were unable to locate him. Our responsibility to our guests is to provide exceptional family entertainment and a four course meal. These items were provided to your party. We have apologized for not delivering the birthday announcement which unfortunately was not registered at the announcement desk. We are unable to meet your charitable donation request and will attempt to resolve this via email directly with you. Thank you
