Hop on Hop Off bus was hopeless. They had over booked and we waited 40 mins for 2nd bus because 1st bus was full. I could have done the tour by taxi cheaper. One driver was very good as a guide, the 2nd driver used the pre-recorded recording which didn’t match what we were seeing. Bad value. Taxis were good & helpful. Would use a taxi. Vancouver is a nice city.
Vancouver passenger cruise terminal is a lovely building but chaotically organised making you walk hundreds of metres back and forth to hand over your luggage and to go through US immigration. Why don’t they think?

Tour was well worth the money! If you well rounded exposure to Vancouver in multiple aspects then look no further! Alex did an exceptional job, he was well versed in all aspects of Vancouver, he was very personable, thoughtful, and social and gave the tour some great flare. He even called his company on my behalf to work out a deal for me to save money by bundling additional excursions at incremental rather than wholesale cost.

The tour was fine with s lot of info. Driver was k knowledgeable and at times funny. But there were some real corny ones as well. Transport vehicle was comfortable and driver gave good instructions when getting off the vehicle on when to be back.

Highly recommend anyone visiting Vancouver for the first time to book this tour. The company was super organized in picking up everyone from their respective hotels and also made sure to get everyone back where they needed to be dropped off. We asked to get dropped off at the airport afterwards and our driver/tour guide happily took us there. Speaking of our tour guide, we had Tim and he was amazing. A perfect mixture of knowledgeable and funny. The tour had enough time at certain spots such as Stanley Park and Granville Island to take pictures and even grab some souvenirs/food to eat. The tour wasn’t too long so you could still squeeze in other activities for the day. Again, highly recommend anyone to do this tour.

This city sightseeing tour was top-notch. The highlights included provided a great variety and wonderful overview of Vancouver’s main attractions.
Gavin, our guide, was a terrific city representative. He shared amazing bits of information at each stop and en route giving us a real sense of connection with the city’s culture, history, and way of life.
Gavin has a warm personality and good sense of humor. He is a super driver in the traffic and attentive to tour member’s needs. With a rainy forecast, he had umbrellas on board.
His meeting times and locations to meet up with the bus were clear and very easy to follow.
We were so thankful to have had this great introduction to our time in Vancouver.

This is a great way to start your time in Vancouver and get a feel for what you want to see more or less of later. Alessio was our tour guide. Despite delivering the same patter and jokes on multiple tours he sounded fresh and engaging and was informative. We appreciated hearing about the differing aspects of Vancouver…the good and the not-so-good. I recommend this tour for first time visitors.

Great tour in downtown Vancouver especially for first time visitors. Our guide Alex was knowledgeable and provided a lot of information for all the places we visited and while driving around from one place to the next. The first part of the tour is a great introduction to downtown Vancouver, you get to see many points of interest that you can later explore on your own. We had the option to upgrade to the long version of the tour to include the Vancouver Lookout and Capilano suspension bridge which we did and was definitely worth it. Highly recommend this tour.

We did a half-day tour of this exciting city. From "mile one" to Chinatown to Queen Elizabeth and Stanley Parks we enjoyed our morning on the way to our cruise. Our guide and driver, Renee was fantastic! Informative and entertaining, he also accommodated a change as we needed to be transported to the pier. Princess said the last bus to the pier would be 11:45 after we indicated our group of 17 needed transportation at 1:30.

Excellent introductory city tour of Vancouver. Provided a good overview of the city’s downtown neighborhoods. Pickup at our hotel went well, shuttle on time. Stops along the tour - Stanley Park and Granville Island - gave opportunities to explore. Option provided to stay on own at Granville Island (there’s definitely more to see and do there than the hour offered by the tour) or return transportation to hotel. Tour guide/driver Gavin did a great job both navigating the streets and sharing insights about the sights around the city, including the current realities of some struggling neighborhoods the tour goes through, namely Chinatown & the Eastside.

The well-designed tour featured several stops, where we had time to get off the bus and look around a bit, typically near food/water/restrooms. The stop at the Granville Public Market was long enough to grab a bite for lunch. Our tour guide, Sarah H, was as knowledgeable as she was enthusiastic which added a positive, personal touch that added to our enjoyment of Vancouver.

For pick-up at cruise terminal, is there luggage storage for the tour so we do not have to mind the luggage until later dropped off at hotel?

Yes, the tour company would accommodate the care of the luggage
Are windows kept open during the tour to discourage our being exposed to Covid? Is there separation in the seating? We would like more detailed info on precautions please, since this is a 3.5 hour tour. Thank you.
How many hours does the tour take ?

3 hours. Maybe 15-30 minutes more.
How do I cancel Friday am tour as one of our party has COVID and we can’t make trip
I am very interested in this tour but unfortunately, I will not stay in a hotel, I'll stay in a private room via Airbnb. So, is there any place where I need to be picked up?
I need to be sure before paying for it!
Thanks a lot!

Two questions -
Im pretty sure you won't be picking up at the Lonsdale Quay hotel. Which pickup hotel is closest - walking distance - from the Seabus Terminal?
Also which days next week does the 2pm tour run?
Hello, I don't see a start/end time on here, can you provide it please? I see an old answer in the thread but it's from 2020 and I don't know if it is relevant. Thanks.
