The transportation that was provided was full of mold I requested for 2 atvs and had to do a couple atv that kept breaking. - melissarP7694QW0 contributionsWonderful, family day of adventure! What an amazing time with our family of five (ages 6+)!! We beat the line at the sculpture "Ven a la Luz" in Tulum, which has a Starbucks next door. A fantastic cultural, outdoor adventure the rest of the day starting with an absolutely gorgeous cenote, Mayan ruin tour, down to earth & filling lunch in a small town and ending with two more cenotes to explore. The last cenote was cave like and the water in all three so clear! Bring good shoes that can work for the cenotes & walking the ruins. A small umbrella would’ve been nice to have at the ruins to block the sun. The view, at the end of the ruins tour, at the top of the hill was breathtaking! Plenty of souvenirs and treats to purchase on the way out of the ruins area as well. Be prepared with a change of clothes and note you’re required to fully rinse off before going into the cenotes. The guide was very informative and kind. He spoke in English & Spanish. More Spanish than English but he made sure we understood. A great opportunity for us to test our Spanish listening skills. We had a wonderful time & would do it again!Written July 19, 2024

The trip was cheap only $48 pp. the instructors was good but I don’t like the fact that we couldn’t have our phones. The photographer took $100 pictures and tried to sell them for $100 he wouldn’t budge so we didn’t buy. The atv equipment was crappy as hell.Written September 24, 2023

- Stephanie G0 contributionsCelebrating Brothers 50th BirthdayThe ATV rides were fun. It would be nice to have a smaller group so you can have more space riding thru the paths. Smaller Zip lines than I am used to but still exhilarating. The Cenote was good but I like warmer hot springs. The chicken Fajitas lunch was good and the salsa was muy Caliente.Written February 3, 2023
- R7632YSlisao0 contributionsGood experience but not what I expected. This experience felt more like a theme park experience than we expected. The ATV was some paths through the the area. If you have used ATV’s before this is not going to be that exciting for you. There are 6 zip lines. They are ok- no amazing sites from them to see. Not very long. The cenote is quite beautiful but I suspect there are better ones to see. You really don’t get all that much time there. Lunch was chicken fajitas and was very good. In hindsight I would have tried something else. Also when I booked for 5 of us, the site did not give me an option to pick 2 double ATV’s and one single, so they made me pay an additional $15 (US) to change one from double to single. You can’t take your own pictures for the ATV’s or zip line, but you can for the cenote.Written January 6, 2023

We had a great time at Amazing park. We booked the horseback riding, ATV, Ziplines and Cenote swim with lunch included. The staff was very attentive and safety was clearly their priority. The horses were lovely and we brought apples for them when we finished our ride, which was an unusual treat for them. The ATV ride through the bush was the perfect length and my teens loved it. The ziplines were through the treetops and even though my daughter is afraid of heights, she felt very secure with the safety clip process. The lunch was a traditional soft taco with rice and refried beans with fresh lemonade. There were items for purchase (which we did not) and did not feel too pressured to buy them. Although the cenote was neither underground nor in a picturesque area, the water was clear, it had two jumping platforms and a zipline into it. It also had a resident turtles (Leo) that swam up to say hi. We were pleasantly surprised that even though our hotel was not on the pickup list (Royalton Splash), we received private door-to-door service. Tips: bring $5 for a locker and extra money for tipping because there are lots of staff that cater to you. They take pictures that can be purchased for $24pp, which is a bit pricy if you have a large group. We did not.

Great tour. All the activities were fun.
Only two things to keep in mind. If you book tour for an odd number of people, they will email after you book tour to let you know there is a $15.00 single rider fee on atv activity. And they will not let you take any electronics on activities, so they can sell you their picture packages.

Hello! Thank you for sharing us your comments. It is great to know that you had a wonderful day full of extreme and unique moments! The reason why we do not let you take your cell phone on the activities is for safety, as we have had several accidents of customers who are distracted by taking pictures while riding their ATV. By not using electronic devices while performing the activities, we have reduced the accident rate. For us the most important thing will always be your safety and well being. We hope you come back soon and live with us a new adventure, see you soon.

I purchased this as an anniversary gift to my boyfriend and we both enjoyed it very much. Everything from the pick up to the drop off went great. Mary Jane was our tour guide and she was very nice and funny, kept us entertained the whole trip. Each activity was fun, and we enjoyed each of them. We did horseback first, then cenote, Zipline and ATV last before the tequila tasting and lunch. I only wish we could have done the cenote last but they rotate groups, so it is what it is, they have a hose to wash off the mud from ATV road. The tequila tasting was an awesome bonus at the end of our adventure full of information. Learned how to spot real tequila and tasted 6 different authentically made brands. We loved two so much we bought a bottle, it was the coffee and caramel tequilas that mixed together make a "latte". They were delicious separated and I bet even better together. I suggested making little shot ice pops out of the caramel flavor cause they would be so amazing! The tacos that are included are good, and also ordered their ceviche which was delicious. We purchased the photo package which was $80 bucks and we received 98 pictures, which I think was worth it. Highly recommend! Not fit for those with back problems!

This review will only focus on the activities and not the personnel. Each person we encountered was friendly, helpful and intent on creating a good experience. To be clear, the team members are trained to extract as much cash as possible from your pocket.
The horseback riding was average. Basically, we took a 20 minute ride around a polo field on a dirt road. The jungle is very thick. I think this could have been improved if there had been some sort of destination that could not not be seen by hiking or horseback.
After the horseback ride, we were taken to the park and checked in . We had to pay for our lockers. We then immediately engaged in a tequila tasting which is aimed at buying overpriced tequila. Following this, we were taken to a nearby Cenotes for some swimming. There was really only time to dive in a couple of times, before we were ushered back on the van for the return trip to the park. The water is deep and there is no place to hang out on the water.
Returning to the park, we then did some zip lining. This was perhaps the most fun. The team did a nice job with keeping people moving while staying very aware of safety.
Our final activity was the ATV’s. All were automatic. The activity took about 25 minutes, but much of it was simply waiting for others to catch up. We would go a couple of hundred yards and then stop to wait for the camera man to race ahead to take more photos.
Lunch was good, but minimal. Only two small tacked and you had to buy a drink.
We did buy some overpriced tequila and was told there was an 8% commission I declined to buy any. After about 5 minutes, Ricardo came back and said he “ talked to his boss” who waived the commission.
There are pictures being taken constantly by the team. The price to buy the pictures was $80. They would simply airdrop them to your phone. They offered no smaller packages. I declined to buy any as I did not need 100 photos. Most would not have been used. I would have paid $20 or so, to pick the 5 or 10 that might actually be good.
All in all, not a bad activity and does take a whole day.

Riding the horses was great but everything else was bad! ATVS we had to go slow because we were with a big group so we were driving like they were tractors, it was disorganised, we had about 10 minutes at the cenote and the zip lines are boring. You have to queue for the zip lines which takes about 10 minutes to get onto each one and they aren’t fast or high up. I was disappointed with the staff as they’re constantly trying to sell you things instead of giving you a good time. None of the staff were fun and talkative, they just wanted to get you from one activity to another and get you to purchase more items. They force you to buy a locker for 5USD! It’s so expensive and I was happy to leave my bag on the benches as it just had towels and a book in but they made me get the locker which was annoying. The food was basic and nothing to be excited about. If you want a tour like this go to selvatica which does the same except the staff know how to make it a fun time and you get more of an experience with the actitivies. Unfortunately, I felt ripped off and wanted to leave the tour only after 30 mins of being there.

Hello, Thank you for your comments. Around the Riviera Maya you can find ecotourism parks that offer experiences like ours, however, we seek to offer you the best option in relation to quality and price. Indeed you can go to different providers like the park you mention that has a price between 120 usd to 130 usd without the ATV experience and the horseback riding. Thank you for your comment, have a nice day.

This excursion was extremely nice. The driver was on time & got us there safely. Upon arrival, detailed instructions were given and made very clear. We did atv riding, horseback riding, ziplining, and cenotes had lunch and then left. In that order. The food was great and tasted better than everything I’d had at my resort.
The only downside of this excursion for me is that phones are not allowed. I purchased an $80 waterproof phone holder that goes around your neck in preparation for this excursion. While I understand that that is not their fault, I am a content creator and videos and photos are a part of my job. I understand the rule being emphasized as a safey hazard for zipling, and if you are operating the ATV but other than that, not allowing us to have our phones just for your staff to take IPhone photos and offer them to us for $30 at the end was distasteful to me.
Other than that minor thing, The staff treated us extremely well and were warm and welcoming. Everything was as described, definitely no false advertising. I think that they should disclose that there will be no phones allowed for photos in the listing. While It will steer some people away, it will be helpful. I was with a younger group (19-22) and mostly everyone was disappointed that they wouldn’t be able to capture their memories. However, the rules are the rules!
Thank you ATV AMAZING

This excursion is a safe and fun way to get off your resort and experience some beautiful things! Everyone was so helpful and friendly, and genuinely seemed to love what they do. All the staff are very knowledgeable and work hard to ensure you're taken care of. It was about a 30 minute drive from our resort at excellence Riviera Maya. We started off with a 30 minute ATV ride, followed by zip lining, horseback riding and finally swimming in the ceynote. We were then served a delicious meal to end the day. So much fun we could've easily stayed all day! The pick up and drop off at our resort went smoothly and was right on time. We would most definitely recommend and would do it again! A few recommendations: Definitely bring water shoes! Wear comfortable clothes you don't care about getting dirty. Bring money for tips-they deserve it! If you want pictures, bring money for those too-about $40. (the only place you're allowed to have your phone is by the ceynote). Have fun!!

Overall, it was super fun!
I felt they could have updated their systems because they still use pen and paper which slows the lines down drastically. Sometimes I felt rushed during activities and when it came time to eat. We were still eating when the hurried us to get in line for the bus.

Pros: It was a lot of bang for your buck! You get to taste a little bit of everything - beginner friendly too! We got the zip line, atv, horseback riding, cenote, and lunch package and it was a nice adventure day in the Mayan jungle! There was plenty of shade so it doesn’t get too warm either. Restroom facilities were clean too! There were beautiful bright blue butterflies flying all around us too so be sure to look out for them! The crew was fantastic and the service can’t be beat! They were a lot of fun too! I appreciated the safety checks and precautions too.
Cons: I can’t really consider them cons but just the right thing to do - they will put high pressure at the end for tips - they love cash - but after having a great time and receiving excellent service - we were happy to tip. Also - you can’t take your own pictures which I understand for safety reasons but then if you want the professional photos - expect to pay around $85 usd for a group of two to purchase which includes the photos and a cute video they put together. Cash is King there so if you don’t have cash, expect to pay 16% credit card fee. They charge per person in the group so if there is more, budget around probably $40usd a person more. And don’t forget a tip for your driver too ;)
Again - we didn’t really consider these cons - maybe just budget a little more than what you are expecting to pay. The quality of the photo package and customer service was actually a Pro again in the end as we love the memories we created together!

The trip guide Matt was great. The price was great. However, they need to hire more people to have smaller groups. The excursion lasted longer than needed because we had to wait for everyone to finish the activities. Also, they require you lock your phone in the lockers which is a trick to get you to purchase pictures from Oscar. Don’t get me wrong, this pictures were great but if someone doesn’t have the money to buy the photo you want be able to capture the moment.
