What to Expect
Begin your tour with pickup from you Cancun hotel. Relax on the drive to Chichen Itza on a climate-controlled coach and enjoy a buffet lunch upon arrival. Then, begin your guided tour of the Mayan archaeological site, including a visit to the Kukulcan Pyramid. A guide brings the 1,500-year-old city to life with retellings of legends and history. Spend some free time exploring the site on your own after the tour. After exploring Chichen Itza, continue to a cenote for a swim in one of the region’s famous natural swimming holes, created from collapsing limestone. Complete the day with a quick stop in the colonial town of Valladolid for a walk around the central square before returning to your Cancun hotel.

This was bay far one of the best days of my life. The drive from Cancun and back is LONG, but worth it! The dip in the water at Ik Kil Cenotes after surviving the heat at Chichen Itza was so rewarding. The tour guides were so kind and friendly!
