If you're like me and you prefer a quick action packed tour rather than something that takes 6 + hours I would book a tour here. I Booked online, price seemed competitive. Check in was easy. These guys really take safety serious so for anyone concerned I would say you are in good trained hands. Roy our tour guide was awesome. All the snorkel equipment was new and the boats all looked to have well maintained motors. During the snorkel he showed us a great spot. He was very helpful with everyone in the group who was snorkeling for their first time. There is also a photography team who does an excellent job with a photo and drone video package available at the end for purchase which we took.

We took this tour on 6/30/24. Unfortunately the ocean was so choppy, we couldn't do the snorkeling, so they extended the speedboat time. We had 8 grandchildren with us: ages 8-18. To a person they loved it. Those with a DL got to drive. The tour guides were cheerful, amusing, and helpful. Many of the grands said it was their favorite tour. We were disappointed about the snorkeling, but that wasn't their fault. There had been fairly hard winds preceding the hurricane (which, we are thankful, worsened after we left.) We had a slightly hard time finding the place--probably our GPS fault. They took our CC for the $20 each dock fees, which was nice as we were running short of cash.

My daughter and her boyfriend had a great time jetskiing. The jetskis were fast and the staff was friendly. They now charge extra for two people on one jetski, so I purchased two.

Jose and his partners were very helpful and made the overall experience very pleasant. Would definitely recommend and go again.

This was so much fun. 2 people per boat. You follow the tour leader. Ours was Raul and he was amazing. Onve at the reef you can snorkel for about 30 mins. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Free tequila tasting afterwards

Such a great experience! My husband and I rented a jet ski. I was so scared at first and asked to go back to the dock. Jarred took me back immediately. He was very patient. As my husband got the hang of things I eventually went back on the jet ski and it was so much fun. Jarred stayed close and lead the way.

Staff was amazing and friendly always checking to be sure if we were okay! Funny and friendly but made sure we knew the safety of the boats. While out we got to snorkel for a bit which was nice! Seeing a stingray along the ocean floor was beautiful!!! Highly recommend if you are looking for an activity.

I don't know how to swim, but the guide, Carlos, was very attentive, explained things clearly, and was extremely professional. He kept the atmosphere lively throughout the entire journey, providing guidance at every step. It was truly a delightful surprise on my Cancun trip!

Really surpassed expectations on the speed boat and the snorkeling was short but worth it. Great to know that a boat can fit 3 if the weight limit is maintained. Be prepared for close (and I mean touching close) contact with massive amount of fish during the snorkeling part at the beautiful reef.

Amazing time, friendly staff. We were able to open the boat up and drive. 1st time boat driver was a bit to adjust but you do quickly. Was worried about how I was going to get back into the boat since I am a heavier person 250lbs I wish could be a easier way to get back into the boat. All in all was great experience. I am glad I did it and didn't stay in the boat. FYI...I stayed at the Golden Parnassus we paid for transportation but it is litterly a 15 min walk.

I booked via GetYourGuide and went to jungle adventure, the weather was windy, but they still went ahead, no unwanted surprises, and a very pleasurable experience and friendly staff, remember a docking fee has to be paid $20usd per boat, and no phones aloud, would definitely return

We had a Jungle speed boat and jet ski tours today. I can say only the best words about them. Service amazing. I tried snorkelling the first time as I always been scared about breathing under the water and putting a head under water. But I did it finally. Because I wanted to enjoy underwater world…it’s fabulous. I enjoyed every minute. After our experience on speed boats and jet ski we had possibility to try different tequilas. I can only suggest Jungle tours. You will excellent for experience with water world…

It was super fun and we didn’t have to wait long. The staff was super friendly at Aqua World. I definitely recommend and will book this again.

A definite must do if you enjoy snorkeling. The only obstacle may be getting back into your boat after the snorkeling.
