We had so much fun! The ATV ride was ok, it was mostly riding up & down a rocky road but still fun. The zip lining was awesome! Favorite part was the cenote & tequila tasting. Recommend doing the VIP - you get more time in the cenote (& a more private cenote), better tequila, & better food options. Overall we really enjoyed it & it was a fun way to get out of our resort for the day & explore. Raul was our guide & he was AMAZING & so much fun

Beautiful trip! Amazing pictures! Staff was so nice and engaging! And the sax music was fun! It was a perfect short trip vs the all day trips!

Booking online was a breeze. We were picked up in the front of our hotel promptly. The crew handed everyone a drink as soon as we boarded. Music played, drinks flowed. Scenery was beautiful. We booked a golf cart and tooled around the island … walked the beach … then headed back to the boat for drinks, swimming and a gorgeous sunset.

Omg I had the best time of my life !! My tour guide Lailo was amazing . He made it so fun and I enjoyed every bit from the rides to the zip lining to the swim and then he food and tequila tasting . I will recommend the tour guide and anyone to do this !!

A good vibe. Had a lot of those men who think they are young!! Cringe. Pools and lovely beach area but no subbed on beach so your towel goes on the sand.

I had really high expectations and I wish it were more spiritual. Maybe the groups were too large because it felt a little touristy for me. First time I ever did a sweat lodge and that was a powerful experience…I enjoyed it and felt great afterwards… Although It’s not for everyone. Bring a towel and change of clothes. And mosquito repellent !

Bring your own gear if you can! Once you check in for the ATV, zip line, cenote experience EVERYTHING is an immediate upsell. Do you want to go to a public cenote or more private with less people? If you say yes you also get a better lunch along with a tequila tasting - we are glad we did this for an extra $55 per person. Bring cash or use PayPal. Credit cards you are charged an extra 8%. The ATV was our least favorite activity and would NOT recommend. The only gear supplied to you is a helmet and you also need goggles and a scarf for your face. They have a store for you to buy these in for an unreasonable amount of money! A $2 scarf is $12! Silly! Goggles $29. There is a dirt road maybe 2 miles long that you ride up and down for 30 minutes and that’s it. Nothing to see or do, just riding single file back and forth. I am not exaggerating. Zipline was a fun little course, nothing crazy. We had a good time doing that. Cenote, tequila and lunch was our favorite - this part we would do over and over again. Lalo was our guide and he was so much fun, thank you Lalo! The most important thing I would want people to know is that the staff (and there is a lot of staff here!) was all very professional and super super friendly! If you want to save yourself some money bring goggles and a scarf for your face for the ATV ride but if you can skip the ATV portion I would.

The staff were absolutely Amazing! I was quite unsteady and not surefooted on the catamaran at all, but I always had a hand available to me wherever I went! When we reached Isla Mujeres, Willy and the staff made sure to prepare us for....less honest merchants, and to give us directions on the best places to see. On the way back we stopped to swim in the ocean. I am a plus-sized woman and was really uncertain about getting off the catamaran to swim, not wanting the "fat girl experience" of trying to get back on. I didn't have to worry at all! They treated me Exactly the same as every other person getting back on. Willy was so much fun, so entertaining and engaging. We had a smaller group as there was a storm a couple of hours before, so he was able to give us a more personal experience. 10/10 would recommend again!

Great staff and boat ride! Would’ve preferred to have more time on the island rather than a long ride back. The onboard entertainment was good but had some over served patrons on the way back. The photographer that took photos never gave us an option to access/purchase them.

its a indoor club with 2 bars swimming pool thevticket gets u unlimited drinks make sure to get the 35 dollars ticket snd bubbled come down every1 dancing in the pool live dj live host he was good had dancers male and females entertainment and competition its fun wild and exciting and its worth it go early and it finishes at 8pm so u can go the clubbing part behind is a ling beach every1 was on there diin there thing it was a good vibes every1 friendly

I was very disappointed in our Tulum visit. I was there 25+ years ago and it was beautiful - you could go on the beach and get the view in the photo you see in the advertisements but now you can't go on the beach and the whole place was not kept up well at all - saw garbage in many places. Not only was it a long drive to get there but it was extremely hot (in July) with a ton of people there.

This tour was amazing . Hector and Alejandro were great tour guides so knowledgeable. My family and I had an amazing time !!! Punctual, always taking care of us , safety first and making sure we had what we needed . Water , umbrellas.
