Thank you for taking the time to write and let us know this detailed review. regarding the bug repellant, we will manage to add this information while you are booking and on the ticket. This being a public tour, has a schedule to keep and visit this places, also, the distance between Cancun/Riviera Maya to Chichen Itza allows to show this sites along the way. Regarding the beverages, we have the note on the inclusions that only bottled water is provided at the archaeological site. We are working to improve this areas of opportunity. On the other hand, we are glad you were able to see the archaeological site, whenever you decide to vidit we are able to help and find the best option for you and your family on private tours at your own pace.
