During a half-day walking tour you’ll get to know the historic district and eat in mix of ethnic eateries, mom-and-pop establishments, and atmospheric neighborhood restaurants.  Just west of the downtown’s historic center, Roma is offers an overview of Mexico’s food culture and history in one walkable district. This former haven of European elites and current bohemian enclave has experienced a culinary renaissance in recent years.  With the help of your English- or Spanish-speaking guide (both are available), you’ll have a glimpse of the day-to-day life of Mexico City, see Roma’s hidden gardens, historical architectural character, and century-old mansions.
