This gastro experience with Manu was one of the highlights of our trip to Puerto Vallarta. We enjoyed our visit to the local market and the cooking lesson, but most of all we loved the delicious dishes Manu prepared; shrimp enchiladas, octopus, and his award-winning ceviche.
