- mistyc95300Captain Glen is the man!Had the BEST day with Captain Glen and the family aboard the MV Poseidon. his knowledge of the US and BVI is unmatched. He found us some great spots to snorkel and even a turtle or two. It was exactly the trip we’d hoped for.
- blfry00Best charger service ever!!!So we were told to go out whit Pieces with Anne Marie. Her and JW were the best we have ever experienced in for a charter!!! If you don’t get on this boat with the 2 of them your crazy!!! Frond adults to kids they are solid as the day is long!! With Texas music and all!!
- Heather M00Don’t hesitate, book the snorkelingToday was honestly the best snorkeling experience we’ve ever! It was so nice being in a small group; we learned so much about the island. Coleman and Vick were so funny and nice and accommodating and engaging! We saw so much more of the islands and bays that we wouldn’t have seen otherwise by any other means. We stopped in 2 spots to snorkel and saw so much coral and turtles and even a shipwrecked boat. We wish we could take Coleman and Vick on every adventure with us, they really made the trip unforgettable.
- SouthernRoseRed00Captain was Perfect!Awesome Captain! She was knowledgeable and helpful. This half-day trip exceeded our expectations, and I would recommend for all levels of ocean experience.
- feliciamK3690UL00Best Excusion on our Entire Carnival Cruise! We booked this as an excursion when our Carnival Cruise pulled into to St Thomas for the day. There were 12 of us in our group and we did this instead of booking an excursion through carnival to get a more intimate experience and it was worth every penny! Our Captain was Alex and his mate was Alicia and they were wonderful. I could have spent all day on that boat and enjoyed just hanging out with them! We booked this about four months before we set sail on our cruise. The booking process was easy and anytime we had a question, they got back to me quickly. They even provided information on taxi service to get from the carnival port to Seas The Day's offices and boat dock. We booked the four hour private catamaran and my only regret is I wish we would have had time to add on more sailing time but we were concerned about getting back to the ship. Highly recommend this company!
- christayliad00Girls Trip Birthday Celebration.Capt Vic was the BEST! He provided an informative and fun experience. Katelyn was our bartender and DJ she also was fun and accommodating. I would highly recommend. The private experience is the way to go. We went to a secluded beach which was great, we felt like we were on Gilligan’s Island lol. Will definitely be back!
- N7432YQashleym00Best day of our tripOur family had an awesome time with Captain Bryan on MV Poseidon. We did the half day tour and our captain made sure we saw all the spots we wanted to see and took us to swim with sea turtles, as he noticed our family really loves them! He was very attentive and took great care, helping us with snorkeling gear and spotting sea critters. We saw the most beautiful views and the water was great. There were plenty of drinks aboard so we stayed well hydrated for our time in the sun. We would definitely book again!
- alanajustin100Point please snorkelingI wish I could rate higher than 5 stars! We had captain Alex and Coleman and they were both great. Learned so much amazing history and had the best time snorkeling. I loved how there were not so many people because it made the experience and relationships better. The crew were so friendly, and accommodating. We had the absolute best time. I highly recommend going with seas the day for any ocean adventures. Can’t wait to go again!
- gregkC8644RA00Great timeMy girlfriend and I did the full day; snorkel and beach trip....very relaxing, the guys treated us very well. Great drinks, scenery and highly recommend.
- Florida-Foursome00Perfect Day!I would highly recommend this trip, our captain, Wallens was amazing, he helped us plan the perfect day out, was very friendly and knowledgeable. The boat and amenities were top-notch. I will definitely book again the next time I'm in St. Thomas.
- michellebJ1509AG00Day on the SeaCaptain Bryan and Coleman were great. We had our adult children and their significant others. Everyone had an amazing day. We saw lots of turtles and fish and even a sting ray. They took us to great snorkeling spots and truly made the day ours. Both Bryan and Coleman are very knowledgeable about the surrounding area. This is a must do trip!
- bquan_900Save your money! Go to an all-inclusive!!!So... let me start by saying that we only chose this place because our passport renewals did not arrive in time! We booked a studio through VRBO and got an amazing price per night!!! Airfare options were limited to Spirit, United or American. We try to avoid Spirit at all cost, however it was the cheapest alternative for air travel. Please do not make the mistake of paying ridiculous money for airport transfers! There are cabs at the airport that charge for a third of the price! Transfers can cost upwards of $300 for roundtrip to and from the airport! Hotel is a Wyndham Vacation Club resort, and although they do ask at check-in if you would like to attend the presentation for discounted excursions, they did not harass like other time shares. Hotel staff treated us like crap! Staff was not very nice. Upon arrival, there was a septic issue and it smelled horrible! There was no escaping the smell! No one addressed the issue; our taxi actually told us that what the problem was! Room was nicely appointed with fridge, sink, microwave and coffee maker. They have an on-site gift shop that sells sandwiches, alcohol and soda, snacks, chips, etc. Be smart and pack your own room snacks! Prices there are comparable to Hawaii! Our air conditioning unit leaked and we contacted front desk and they sent repairman to fix. It was okay for a day and was leaking all over the wall and floor and we called again. We had one day left, so we dealt with it. They offer a free shuttle that will take you to pick up groceries at a local convenience store. They do not have a beach, so just know that. There is Coki and Sapphire beach that the resort will shuttle you to. Those beaches have food and drink for purchase. Grab towels from the pool before you go; No towels at the beach! Sapphire beach is located at the Sapphire Beach resort which was nice. Food and Drinks were reasonable there. However, souvenirs were overpriced! Both beaches charge for recliners! The cost was $10 per chair for the day. Coki beach has locals that take orders for food and you can pay them and they deliver to you. Coki had no working restrooms!!! Very dirty! Only went there once! The shuttle drops off at Sapphire at 11:00 and pick up at 3:00. Coki is super close so the shuttle runs there every hour. Food at the one restaurant on site is okay. Not super cheap and not super expensive. They automatically add 18% gratuity to all checks, no matter the quality of service! Pool was never crowded; no hot tubs; poolside games where you win prizes. went with my 16 yearold daughter. She was bored! They have musical entertainment each evening. Lastly, they have a catamaran that does trips all week! We did the snorkel day trip that provided snorkel gear and light breakfast, refreshments, light lunch and alcohol and soda. Price for two was around $280. This trip was the highpoint of our trip! Snorkel Cat Adventures captain and crew was amazing!! I wish I could have afforded to do this everyday! As luck would have it, our passports were waiting for us when we returned... we won't be back. Save your money and do an all-inclusive!!!
- wifeywhelchel00Seize The Fun With Seas The Day Charters 😎AnneMarie and J-Dubs were so knowledgeable and experienced in every single aspect of their jobs!! They showed us the coolest of locations and told us so many stories of history!! It was absolutely amazing from start to finish!! Hospitality…10/10!!! 😎☀️👙
- 952andrewn00Poor customer serviceOur actual charter experience was great! Capt Maddie was great! The issue was when booking the charter. We got charged for 2 charters when I had rebooked for a larger one and asked to cancel. They would not refund me my money. Poor customer service by company that manages these.
- stlfan9600The best day of our vacationOur family of 7 enjoyed this tour when our cruise stopped in St. Thomas. Ann Marie and Kiana made sure we had the best time. We snorkeled in three locations and each one was amazing. The boat was beautiful, and ride around around the island was so nice. The best part was not being crammed on a tour with 40 other people. We snorkel fairly often, and this one is the best we’ve done in the Caribbean. We saw a small shark, a sting ray, turtles, a good variety of fish and really nice corals. If we are ever in St. Thomas again, we would book this tour in a heartbeat!

We went out for the afternoon with Captain Bryan on the Aquarius and he was fantastic! He asked what we (family of three) were looking for and then he delivered - we went snorkeling and saw sea turtles, then took a closer tour of some of the National park and finally watched the sunset as we made our way back. Bryan is funny and knowledgeable and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a great day on the water. Thanks Bryan!

The full-day charter, led by Captain Pat, was the highlight of our week-long trip to St. Thomas. Along with multiple stops to swim in the beautiful water, Pat gave us a great local guide to various restaurants on the island. For example, after your charter ends, head up to the third floor in the building next to the dock for an outdoor bar and restaurant called Island Time Pub (ITP). This was our first time visiting St. Thomas, and we can't wait to come back!

We agree, ITP is one of the treasures on the island. A great place to hang after a phenomenal day on the water. We are so glad you had a great time. Come back soon.

Captain Andy was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable about the different islands. I don't think I asked a question all day that he didn't have an answer for. We were very indecisive about where we wanted to go that day, but he took us all over and showed us the best spots. Cliff jumping on Thatch Cay had to be one of the highlights of the day. He also took us to multiple snorkeling spots. We told him we really wanted to see a sea turtle and he knew exactly where to go and what part of the reef to swim to see them. At one point, one of our friends dropped her sunglasses over board, and Captain Andy went into action like he was jumping in to save a drowning child. He found her Ray Bans and saved the day.
He also makes a pretty awesome and stout rum punch!

What a great review. Thatch Cay is one of our favorite places and we are glad that Cpt Andy made it special for you. We too have lost many a pair of sunglasses, so kudos to Cpt Andy for diving in for the save. Come back soon.

Captain Brian Mason and first mate Alyssa were truly amazing. We were in the best hands every step of the way even in some pretty rough water at times. They were confident and communicative and had our safety at the forefront of their minds. Beyond that, the customer service they provided was like the Four Seasons. They were so attentive and insured we saw as much of St John as we could see with fun cocktails in hand. They were super funny as well and so interesting to talk to. You can tell they have so much passion for being on the water and sharing their love of this beautiful place with the people they meet. If you are doing to spend a day on the water, truly cannot recommend the Aquarius, Brian and Alyssa enough as your first choice!

We strive hard to make sure all our Seas the Day family has passion for being out on the water because it helps ensure that you, our wonderful guests, have an amazing day out on the water. We want to inspire our guests to love these islands as much as we do so that they can have their BEST day on vacation. We hope to Sea you again ;-)

Brian is an amazing captain and guide. However, the boat is not new as it is advertised. It is worn, small, and has no bathroom. Moreover, there are additional costs that made it not worth the money. In addition to the $695 for a half day, you have to pay for fuel which was over $180 and the 20% tip which is basically mandatory (so another $130). In the end we spent over $1000 for a boat ride on a boat that is not worth the money. The captain was amazing, but the boat leaves much to be desired. I would recommend a catamaran (or a truly new powerboat) which is what we normally rent.

Good day Lisa Person. We are glad you hear that you enjoyed your day with Captain Bryan- we agree, he is excellent! We regret that you were surprised by the additional fees not included in your charter and that you were not satisfied by the 2019 boat you chartered. We encourage all guests to review the full listing for their boat of choice prior to booking so they are not surprised by the fuel charge, and appreciate you for leaving the 20% gratuity that our amazing team strives for! We hope to SEA you for a day aboard one of our catamarans in the future!

Great, great experience. Took the half-day option with my wife and daughters, and loved it — Captain Bryan Mason took us out for a tour and snorkeling expedition (we decided to forego beaches in favor of an extra snorkel trip) around some of the smaller islands (Grass and Lovango Cays) and then all along St. John’s northern coast, and was tremendously engaging, personable, smart and funny throughout: a great host at every step.
The boat leaves from a slip a block north of the ferry terminal at Red Hook — ours was a 9am tour, so we had no trouble securing a parking spot in the small terminal garage. We brought along snorkel gear, snacks and water, although the boat was well equipped with waters, soda, and beer (fyi: bring your own if you’re a microbrew fan). Bryan helped us on board, gave us a quick safety rundown, and we were off.
The boat itself is small but very comfortable — expect to be out in the sun for the entirety of your trip — and quite powerful out on the open water. We enjoyed spectacular views throughout, and snorkeling stops off Lovango and Mahogany Beach on STJ (soooo many sea turtles!). It was frictionless, fun, and altogether easy and awesome. My wife and daughters loved it, and as Bryan promised: it was an absolute high point of our STT trip.
Highly recommended!

I never write reviews but if I can spare someone some money I will. First of all, we paid 1k. Once we got on the boat our skipper told us we will be charged for fuel. And that it’s an extra $350 to go to the baths on top of the $200 we would spend on fuel. That’s just completely a rip off and unheard of. What did we pay 1k for? It makes no sense. Usually on a boat you end up paying the extra fuel that we use. Not fill it up and pay double. That’s disgusting. There were no snacks on the boat, we didn’t snorkel. We didn’t go to the destinations we wanted to, our skipper was nice and I don’t mean to bash him but you can tell he didn’t really feel like exploring or showing us what we pretty much paid for. We feel ripped off and cheated. Everything in the description was a joke. We didn’t do any of those things. I would recommend looking into other boat services.

It is always disappointing when our guests do not have a wonderful experience. You purchased this trip through a travel agent. The travel agent advertising. The travel agents confirmation. The ticket that you were given. All this clearly indicates that fuel is an extra charge at $5 per gallon for actual usage. All of the advertising and ticket also explained should you choose to go to the British Virgin Islands that the government charges $68 per person Customs fee. This is not a charge by us. It is not collected by us. It is charged by the British government. That was a choice you made by asking to go to the British Virgin Islands. So we are unsure why any of this was a surprise. If you truly feel that you were misled. I would suggest that you contact your travel agent. All the documents you gave us from the travel agent clearly indicated that you booked this trip understanding the extra fees charged by the British government.

The boat was comfortable the crew was fabulous. They served as rum punch and a local beer called Titons, which was fabulous. So much better than a group tour. The take you wherever you wanna go and you get there much faster than if you take a group land tour, therefore you get to see much more. They also took us to a hidden gem of a local restaurant, which we would never have got the chance to eat it if it weren’t for them. Highly recommend this. Highlight of our trip.

We are glad that this Charter was the highlight of your trip. The great thing about a private Charter is the ability to see things that are off the beaten path. With a schedule that is entirely yours we can customize a truly phenomenal experience. Thanks for noticing. Thanks for taking the time to write.

Highly recommend this company.
Booked a half day charter due to the Disney Cruise activities being sold out, and honestly think we had a better time with Seas the Day.
We had a 12 person party on the MV Aquarius with Capt. Billy.
Took us to the famous locations of the islands, went snorkeling, and went to a sea turtle cove. . Also pointed out famous beaches, national parks, and famous homes along the way
Capt was very personable, and pleasant, and very knowledgeable on local information .
Highly suggest this company.

Loved, Loved, Loved our Captain Holly! She was so incredibly flexible and knowledgeable about both St. Thomas and St. John. We had four of us on our private tour. She let us create an itinerary and then gave her thoughts on what she suggested. She guided us to the biggest turtles, the prettiest beaches and the coolest coral! We never felt rushed. A four hour tour was a great choice, although I think a full day would be great too. Thank you Holly!

We are going to be Tortola on Feb 23rd and arriving by a cruise ship. Celebrity. It arrives at 11:30 am and leaves at 7:00 pm. We would like to book a day or whatever will fit into your schedule. It will be for only 2 people.
Do you leave out of tortola at all?
Thanks.
Hello. I was wondering if we could bring a cooler with us of beer we prefer. I know you supply drinks but I know my parents and uncle are picky on their brand. Thanks!
Hello,
We have booked a full day charter for two couples on March 23. We would like to stop at the best beaches and maybe two snorkel spots in both St. Thomas and St. Johns(and any other sites you feel we should visit). Can this be possible in a full day?
Thank you,
Mel Miles
