Full Day BBQ Lunch and Snorkeling Cruise from Providenciales
US$200.00
Overview
Sail around the northern shores of Providenciales on a full-day cruise that includes snorkeling and a barbecue lunch. You'll relax on the boat's decks while at sea, see wildlife like the native Turks and Caicos rock iguana and have a chance to swim or snorkel in the region's pristine waters. Enjoy complimentary beer, soda and rum punch as well as a satisfying barbecue lunch that includes the island's local specialty: fresh-caught conch.
What to Expect
After pickup at your resort near Grace Bay Beach, you'll be shuttled to your fully-equipped catamaran. This comfortable boat has padded loungers for sun-lovers and shade-seekers, as well as a built-in diving board and water slide. Upon departure from the marina, the boat will glide out to the barrier reef for some of the best snorkeling in the Turks and Caicos islands. Experienced swimmers and snorkelers can suit up in the provided mask, snorkel, and fins and dive right in, while novice snorkelers can ask the crew for guidance. You'll see vibrant coral, colorful tropical fish and maybe even sea turtles.

Climb back on board the boat for some complimentary beer, water, soda and the local favorite: rum punch. Your next stop is the conch grounds, where your crew will scare up some mollusks to prepare fresh conch ceviche onboard your boat. The boat will sail for some of the area's more remote islands, including Half Moon Bay, Little Water Cay (also known as Iguana Island), Pine Cay and Fort George Island. You'll relax on many soft white sand beaches on these island stops.

At lunch time, your captain will anchor the boat at one of the small islands where you can swim, snorkel and lounge as the crew prepares a delicious barbecue lunch to eat alfresco. You'll enjoy ribs, chicken, corn, potatoes, conch salad and dessert while you bury your toes in the sand. Even though island time seems to move a little slower, before you know it, your full-day cruise will be over and you'll be dropped back at your Grace Bay hotel.

Great for booze cruise, limited snorkeling

We chose this excursion because many of the reviews talked about the quality of the snorkeling. The staff was timely, and was very friendly when they picked us up. While we were on route to the first snorkeling destination, the staff talked up the size...More

We enjoyed the all day tour. The boat was clean and comfortable. They had more people as advertised (the advertise a smaller crowd which appealed to us) but it worked fine. The lunch was enjoyable. The snorkeling reef stop, iguana stop, sand dollar stop and...More
