Overview

See more of Punta Cana in less time during a combined horseback ridinbg and ziplining tour: an activity-packed option ideal for thrill seekers with limited time in the Dominican Republic. Start by exploring the Anamuya River’s stunning scenery at a trot, gallop or walk, then take a zipline ride. Plus, a visit to a local village and cattle ranch, a tour of plantations, and a traditional Dominican meal reveal some of the island's culture.

What to Expect
Your guide picks you up from your Punta Cana hotel and takes you to the scenic Anamuya River, where you’ll hop on the saddle and ride horseback. At a local village and working cigar plantation, you’ll have the opportunity to sample hand-rolled products and have a cool drink. Then, you’ll head to the exhilarating treetop zipline for as many rides as you’d like across the river.

Back at the ranch, you’ll be served a typical Dominican meal with a locally-produced coffee. You’re then free to lounge by the ranch’s pool or enjoy a refreshing swim before being treated to a tour that includes samples of the cocoa and vanilla grown on the property.

For an additional thrill, the ranch offers an optional upgrade to your horseback ride that allows you to test your cow-wrangling skills on an old-fashioned cattle drive.

Very customer service oriented. Kathy was extremely helpful. Staying on the resorts isolates you from all the culture around you. This tour immerses you in all of it. From making your own cigar to grinding your own cocoa, we learned much about the history of...More
